Nobody showed at scheduled time came several hours later without a call. Tech was apologetic claims he was told 12:00 not 8:30 am. Owner was in the hospital.

I was very impressed with everything about this company . Kevin responded quickly to send out Mike to give me a quote. Mike was friendly, informative and on time. He gave me suggestions on colors of grout color seal to use for both of my bathrooms. The work was scheduled for the following week. Sonny showed up on time and was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what the scope of work was for both bathrooms. His quality of work was excellent! I am so happy with how the chalking and color seal tuned out. I would highly recommend this company and ask for Sonny to do the work!

I was pleased with the entire experience. Mike came to our home to give us the quote and was very knowledgeable and easy to talk with.Sonny came to do the job a few days later and he did a great job and cleaned up the area very well. We are very pleased with the job.

Sonny was excellent. He came with booties to cover his shoes, and did excellent work. The price was very reasonable and the work was excellent. We have used them three times at two different houses and each time the work was well done.

We hired Grout Expert to clean/seal/caulk our master shower, stain/seal grout in our guest bathroom and regrout tiles in our kitchen. Sonny did a fantastic job on all 3 projects! I couldn't be happier with the result. It is amazing how good it all looks. Hire these guys.
