Terrible. He threw away some of the plumbing and it could not be rematched. We had to hire a plumber and special order the part. He said he would pay for it, he still has not. Don't trust him, he lies and will not make it right.

Terrible. He threw away some plumbing parts and did not replace them. We paid over $200 to hire a plumber and the parts. He lied and told us he would pay. Then said check is in the mail-then nothing. I would never hire him again, he is a liar and a scam artist.

Chase subcontracted some other workers. One of the workers threw our bathroom fixtures away-these are expensive and out of stock. We could not use our shower or bathtub. At first Chase would not admit to it, then he stated that he would pay for them. This was months ago!!! He has still not paid for the fixtures and we had to hire a plumber to cut the pipes to allow for another fixture. Do not use him, he is not a man of his word.

BE AWARE. The company was sold to a new owner (Chase) who is not honest and does not keep his word. I had a fairly large job done by 'Grout Like New' and in less than a year, the grout started looking dirty or dark. I called Chase who came and said he will fix it for another $1,000. Although I agreed and we fixed a date for the job, but he never showed up. I called him three or four times and each time he gave me the run around. I realized this guy is not going to fix it and not worth dealing with.

I called Grout Like New after I had the bathtub re-glazed. The tiles around the bathtub needed to be cleaned and re-grouted. After Grout Like New, the tiles look very white and beautiful. It was an amazing transformation. Great price, and they are a professional company. I am very pleased with the work. I would recommend Grout Like New to anyone who needs their tiles cleaned and made to look like new.

Grout Like New employees arrived on time and were very professional. They cleaned, stained and repaired missing grout on the tile in my shower and my bathroom floor and matched the grout color perfectly. They took care to be neat and efficient. The job they did was wonderful. The grout and tiles look brand new! I would definitely reccomend them to anyone and would have them come out again.

Completely satisfied with the finished jobs; workmanship is excellent, communication great, and professional pride was tops. Chase went above and beyond to insure the job was done properly as he was hired to re-tile over the top of existing tile which required a bit extra effort. He took the time to do the job right and it came out beautifully. I will hire this company again myself in the future and highly recommend to anyone looking for the best work at a very reasonable cost. Also very pleasant personality which was a bonus!

Prompt both for the estimate and the service Respectful and careful in my home. He laid a drop cloth from the door to the bathroom. My home is 60 yrs old and has the beautiful original tile. He knew exactly how to take care of it. All work was just as promised and is beautiful. He obviously loves the work he does. He answered all of my questions and even gave me instructions to keep it looking good. One to keep in mind for any and all your tile work

I had a bit of trouble getting through as the person who answered did not think that the Angie's List offer was still valid. After some back and forth texts, I got an offer to do the job for $380 more than the $150 I had paid through Angie's List. (I had expected the job to be a bit more and was prepared to go a little over) My last text was a question to see it that was the best price. That was on December 14, I began following up for a refund to Angie's List on the day after Christmas when I did not hear from the company and found that I was 1 day late to apply for a refund. I have the text messages and phone records from my correspondence.

I cannot say enough good things about this company, My ceramic tile floors were pretty dirty, and needed a thorough cleaning. My shower also needed some major cleaning and caulking. Chase was so flexible, and he worked with my budget. He gave me alternatives that I could afford. My shower looks like new. This company is great. I called a few other contractors, and they were not willing to work with me like this company, or they would never call me back. Chase and Jose - you rock!!!!! Thanks again.

"I'm sorry you weren't happy with the work we did on your bathroom. The work required was more than the 2 hour deal that was purchased so the services were presented and priced accordingly. The work done on the surround came out beautiful and it's all one uniform color. The floor was cleaned which removed a lot of the discoloration in the grout but cleaning alone cannot remove all of it. We repaired the cracked grout line and it was not possible to match the color. Color sealing the entire floor would be the only way to make all the grout lines match. My technician attempted to contact you twice to remedy the situation but never heard back."
