Not good. The tiles that were treated have been repaired and seem to be holding. The problem is care was not taken and glue got into the carpet and it is now damaged. They tried, several times, to correct the problem but could not. I sent them a letter asking for compensation for the damaged carpet but they have ignored me.

There are still 34 hollow tiles in the kitchen, 7 hollow tiles in the master bath. The majority of the carpet, butting up to the tiles in the kitchen, is rock hard with tile glue. The technician tried to remove the glue from the carpet without success. We asked the owner, Shawna Melia, to come and see the problems, but as of this writing, she has not called or come to see it. I have disputed the charges with our credit card. The grout sealing was done perfectly and the 13 tiles that were repaired are satisfactory. (I called Shawna Melia to tell her the technician left his calking gun here and it's still here)

"Customer did not request that one of the owners come to assess tiles until this complaint was filed. After assessing the complaint of hollow tiles...I found every tile to be solid. Customer decided not to repair bathroom tiles. After initial repair of hollow tiles, customer called to inform that tiles were stepped on before bonding agent had dried. Customers pressed on carpet until glue came up through carpet and then placed a paper towel over the area as to remind them not to step there. Lead Tech was sent twice to steam the glue from the carpet."

From the moment the business called was answered, Grout Plus was very customer friendly and helpful. My tile is almost 20 years old. White tile, white grout. I've employed other companies but the grout was dirty again with in weeks. Getting new tile is sure a messy endeavor, but I stumbled upon Grout Plus and figured I'd give it 1 more try. Thank God I found them, they were out of here in less than 2 hours and not only was the grout white but the tile looked brand new, and stayed that way for a long time. I am getting a maintenance before Christmas. They offer maintenance for a fraction of the price of the original cleaning for 10 years. I love my WHITE tile and grout. Thank You Grout Plus

They were on time and professional. Three men here worked all afternoon, and they did a great job in a quick time frame. A brother and sister own the company and they make all their own product. The brother answered the calls and his sister came out to do measurements. It was a good experience.

Chris, Dan and his helper were outstanding. When I called for an estimate Chris was very responsive and got back to me immediately with a quote. He was even able to accommodate us before Christmas! Our appointment was for 9 am and his crew arrived approximately five minutes early. They moved every piece of our furniture and my wife even commented that they treated everything like it was their own. They were completely professional, courteous and thorough. They showed us how redoing the caulk along the baseboard where it meets the floor would make our home look even better and we agreed. Dan remeasured very room when he arrived and determined that the area was less than Chris's original verbal estimate and cheerfully adjusted our bill to reflect his findings. After completing the cleaning, coloring and sealing, they moved all of our furniture back into place exactly where and how it had been. Our floors look like new - absolutely beautiful! We would definitely use them again and we highly recommend Grout Plus.

I did not give permission to video inside, was ignored. And the job itself was not good, they (Juan and Travis) missed around the edges, did not complete the corner area, etc. The below response dated 1/13 is nothing but lies! Nothing looked great, it started falling apart after a few months, and they had no permission to use video or photo on my property, I gave no consent. I did call and was ignored, I texted and I was ignored, I have proof. If the video or photo will be used anywhere without my consent, I have a right, and most likely will, to file criminal charges with local DA.

"The only person present during the estimate and during the job was [Member Name Removed] [Member Name Removed]. During the estimate, [Member Name Removed] mentioned he was excited to get the floors done and couldn't wait to pick the color sealer to match the 3 different color tiles he had in the house. He wanted me (Shawna) to come up to see how nice the floors looked after they were sealed. I was not able to get back up there the day of the job so my employee took a video of all three floors so I could see how nice the floors looked. This video was approved per [Member Name Removed], as I was on the phone with [Member Name Removed] and requested Juan video the floor. [Member Name Removed] requested that Juan stick to specific areas of the floor and he did. {Member Name Removed]was present the entire time and did a walk thru with my employees before they left. I have pictures and the video. Those floors looked great when they left and [Member Name Removed] was very happy. If there was an issue, he would have called me to let me know."

OMG, my home looks brand new. I had tried on my own to clean the grout with harsh chemicals which killed my hands, even with gloves. I have hired companies that use these big machines that supposedly clean your tile and grout, that are nothing more than swirling disks of dirty water which clean nothing, and you get charged $500 for nothing. My kitchen was the worst. There is heavy traffic, grease and spills that happen in the kitchen all the time. So of course, your grout in the kitchen wears it all. They applied their colored mixture (there are several shades to choose from) on the grout and MY KITCHEN LOOKS LIKE THEY JUST LAID THE NEW TILE!!! The guys that came, Travis and Juan, were amazing young men who were respectful, efficient and just a joy to have in the house. They vacuumed my entire home and washed down the floors before applying their mixture and asked me to go around and check everything to make sure they had it all done to MY satisfaction. I tell you, it's worth every cent. And they a 10-year warranty where they come and touch up your home for a fraction of the cost. Well worth it! <br />

It was terrible. The salesperson just said yes to everything and then the workers, two young kids, couldn't do what he promised and didn't understand why the salesperson promised so much. All they did was put the caulking under the old moldy caulking in my bathtub. That really upset me. They were going to put caulking on the baseboards, but they didn't do it all - only about half. They also said it would cost more for grout, and I had to write a separate check to "CASH", which was shady. They got it done on the outside, then the owner told me I could put a sealant on the shower floor, but the kids were telling me that it would wash off. They did work hard, although there were a lot of shortcuts in the shower. The owner insisted it wouldn't, but it did come right off. I should have gone with the other company I considered, even though it was a higher quote. I ended up paying almost the same at the end anyway. They weren't hard to get a hold of, but I thought they'd come back on their own to finish the job!

Sent 2 young men who were on their cell phones while working and literally finished in 15 minutes! I called to complain that I had to try to touch up as much as possible and that grout looked bad and floors not cleaned well if at all. Owner did not call back until I left 3 messages. He said he moved and never got the messages. Then instead of refunding my money he said "I'll take care of you next time". So this was next time and I reminded him and I was told someone needed to come and look at floors. He also said he did not remember and would look at notes and call me back. He said I usually send someone over right away to fix problem, so not sure why I didn't offer that. So a man came, and measured floors and he never called me back again!!! I feel like I was ripped off!!! <br />

They washed all the tile first and then used a brush with a special cleaner to do the grout. Everything was sealed and still looks very good. <br />

For reference (only my husband and I) live in a 2250 square foot home and the boys did not move any furniture at all to access tiles. We are very neat so the tile was not very dirty except for maybe heavy traffic kitchen area. Only exposed areas were done. 4 rooms are not even tiled so once again cost high even if job was done well. <br /> What made this even worse was on the above date about 1 month ago, I called Grout Plus ready for them to "take care of us". The owner did not call back for days until I left a 2nd message. When he called back I was given several excuses for why he never returned my original call. Then when I reminded him of the very poor job that was done last time I was given different options depending on how much I wanted to spend and told that "I don't remember this situation and let me look you up and get back to you". When I called him again he said "I would have had my crew come over and redo they floor" So I had to keep reminding him he never offered that and that he said "I will take good care of you next time". Nevertheless the crew came over, measured and the boss, ?Chirs? was once again going to get back to us. THE OWNER NEVER CALLED US BACK AGAIN! <br /> To summarize not sure what is going on with this business, but very unprofessional, distracted, expensive, and shoddy work. <br /> Will have to find another company from now on. <br />

They installed Grout Plus throughout my house and it is fantastic! Just love the product and my floors look and stay so much cleaner. Purchased it because of a woman's recommendation at a home show and am truly glad I did. Recommended them to my neighbor and she also had it done.
