Groutsmith came out for a deep clean, and it is an AMAZING transformation. It looks like the tile was just freshly laid! The technicians put forth a lot of effort in their work and to make sure that I was happy with the result. I am so pleased, and I will recommend Groutsmith's services to everyone I know!

Great! Ken came one day for a estimate and his crew of four returned the next day at the appointed time and a super job. The tile and grout look like new . Bathroom floors and showers as well as all closet floors were included. This was a 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment.

The 2 gals, Lisa and Cari (sp) showed up on time and ready to work. They were kind, organized and were very competent. They both were courteous and respectful of being in my home, moving my belongings around and dealing with my pet kitty. I quickly concluded that I had better get out of their way and let them work. I knew I hired the right company to do the job. I am 100% completely satisfied and thrilled with the results! After 15 years it looks like my tile floor is brand new again! As a realtor in the area, I will highly recommend Groutsmith to my customers.

It was an amazing transformation! Ken came out to see what I needed and give me an estimate. He was so knowledgeable about tile, caulk, and grout. He told me what could be done and how it could help. He had grout color samples, so we were able to select a perfect match. He gave me a fair estimate for the work to be done, and we scheduled service. He showed up with his team to show them exactly what needed to be done. They were professional, thorough, and friendly. My shower now looks BRAND NEW! I couldn't be happier, and I will be calling Ken and his team to do the tile floor throughout my apartment. SO HAPPY!

I have had a lot of work done on my various homes. The experience I had with Grout smith of South Florida was by far the BEST one yet. <br /> They were due to arrive at 9:30 and they were here at 9:30 which is a miracle in itself. They were very professional, extremely clean and neat and could have not been any nicer. I would definitely recommend them

Excellent job! The floors look great!

Unbelievable, he had 4 or 5 people cleaning and regrouting and they were very professional. They worked harder than anyone I have ever seen anybody work before. They did an amazing job and my floors look better now than when they were first installed. The owner of the company is a pleasure to work with. He is a real nice, honest man, a lot of integrity. He came over and showed me the before and after of my floor. He gave me a look at to what my floor would look like after it was done.

The customer service provided by Mr. Walker and his professional staff was excellent. I am very satisfied with the work they provided and it was done in a timely manner. I will be referring them to family and friends. <br />
