They are professional and had the parts I needed to get my A/C repaired.

He replaced the capacitor and the unit started working immediately. What we really appreciate is that he was not a salesman. He did not try to sell us a new AC unit, or other extras, like others have done. We asked him to come back this spring for AC tune-up/check.

Great went the extra mile,even aimed all my vents some 12 feet in the air!

They did a great job and checked all three of my units. Very thorough and reasonable on the extra units giving me a discount as I kept my units clean myself. It was so nice to work with a mom and pop company as they went the extra mile by doing things like checking and adjusting all the registers which no one has ever done. Some requiring a 10 foot ladder! I would definitely recommend them for any work as would imagine their cost of doing Busness is lower and fell they are the kind that will pass it on to customers. Most satisfying experience. Did have to replace the contact points and he took time to show me the points and how bad they were. Not a hard sell company.

Since we had just purchased our house and it had been vacant for over a year, we decided to do a maintenance check on the AC/Heating Unit. We called Gryphon Air and made an appointment. They worked around our busy schedule and were able to get us in in less then a week. The owner was the person who came out to do the check-up and he was here on time and was ready to go to work as soon as he got here. He checked the unit outside and the one up in the attic. He tested the temperatures between the different ends of the house which one faces ESE and the other faces WNW. The outside unit is on the WNW side of the house so it gets the sun most of the day. Our unit also needed 1# of Freon so he added that. After he was done doing a complete check up he said that our unit was in great shape and that we wouldn't need a new one for several years. I've heard of companies try and talk people into buying bigger and newer units. Instead he let us know the different things we could do to improve our electric bill. To me that says a lot. This company worked with us on the scheduling, going through all the areas of the house and checking on everything, plus adding freon and it wasn't expensive. The owner also told us things to do so that our unit would last and how to save on our bill. He also gave us the best time to have the next check in the spring so that we are ready for the upcoming summer. I will use this company again in a heart beat. I know people who have AC companies but would use Gryphon Air instead. Plus they are a very friendly company from the owner who makes the appointment to the owner who came out for the service.

They were on time and very thorough. They gave a detailed report on both units with photos and descriptions. They evaluated what was in good working condition and they pointed out the things that needed to be fixed, right away and within the next few years. This is the fourth time Gryphon has helped us and we will always use them. They are dependable and honest. We love that they are family owned and operated. GRYPHON AIR IS THE BEST CHOICE if you want it fixed right the first time!  This is the best a/c company we have ever used.  They are a family owned company with years and years of experience and it shines through in their work.  They are always on time, totally professional yet very approachable and their prices are competitive.  They have a tremendous knowledge of their profession and explain everything, and for us, that is crucial.  They have fixed our a/c units 3 times over the past twelve years and never once have they tried to sell us something that wasn't a necessity.  As a stay at home mom, I have always been comfortable letting Art into our home.  And any time I have a question or concern, Ali is always available to help.  Thank you Gryphon Air Repair!

GAVE a thorough inspection. <br />

They were actually sent out by my home warranty company. Did a good job but need to work on their scheduling I guess.

The unit was making a noise, so they had to clean out part of the components. They did not charge me for it because the unit was under warranty. They were very responsive and they could come the next day and they took about 15-20 minutes to assess the situation.
