I would give her zero stars if it was allowed. And I believe most of these reviews are not real. Ezra R., for instance, is her brother. GSC Builders and Naomi Martinez are horrible and dishonest. First, Naomi demanded almost $13K for concrete from Santa Fe Concrete for our driveway. She told us that she needed the money to "get in line" because that is what you had to do to get on the schedule. And she told us she needed to pay them now to avoid a price increase. She never poured the driveway and discussion with Santa Fe Concrete reveals that (1) she never paid them; (2) they don't take payments in advance to "get in line;" (3) they don't take payments in advance to avoid price increases; and (4) the collect for concrete on the day that they pour. She will not return our money. She had somebody grout our tile with very expensive grout that required the tile be prepared before grouting, the grout needed to be applied in small areas in a specific way, and that the grout needed to be treated to cure it and the haze removed from the tile in a specific way as soon as the grout is applied. The person she hired did none of this. Furthermore, the person she hired put four different grout colors on the floor in the same room. The tile had to be specially treated to remove the haze. The grout has be routed out and removed and redone because since it was applied incorrectly - it attacts dirt instead of repels it. She had somebody tile the main shower and claimed she paid them $200 per hour - an over priced amount for the work by more than 4 or 5 times. He did not know what he was doing. He did not apply the sensor wire for the heated shower floor so that the heated floor system could not be connected. He could not work with 2 by 4 foot wall tiles and broke more than half of them. When we told her we would just live without the warm shower floor, she tore it up anyway and claimed that she would pay for it. She did not. The person she hired to do it then soldered wires together so that the heater doesn't meet code so that we cannot use the warmer anyway. Further - he did not know how to use the floor heating system and a used two inches of morter so that the heating system cannot work anyway. I could go on and on. This is only the tip of the iceberg.

The response time was immediate. The repairs were top quality and completed the very next day. One of the most impressive response times I've ever encountered. My bathroom was upgraded to being better, and I'm all the happier for it.

My experience was great! They got started early and were done with the house roof around 5 pm. Then back the next day for the garage which took only around 4 hours. The crew were kind and courteous. They walked all around the house cleaning anything that came off of the roof while they were working. I also had a very easy time connecting and communicating with the general contractor/owner of the company Naomi Martinez. Thank you everyone who helped fix my roof!

My first contractor did not complete my flooring. I found GSC they immediately got the job completed and fixed the mistakes made by the previous contractor. This company was prompt, affordable, and reliable. I would recommend them and use them again!
