Drywall Repair
German was prompt and polite. Very easy to talk to and the estimate was spot on. The work turned out great and I'm bringing him back to work on some other projects in the house.

Drywall Repair
German came to our home and repaired the drywall in our laundry room that had become corroded with mold from a leak. He discovered a main pipe with a big crack that was ultimately the cause of the leak and he repaired that as well. He was very clean, explained the process to us and did the whole project in a day and a half. We will definitely hire German for some other projects and recommend him to anyone looking for a handyman.

Drywall Repair
German did an awesome job for a drywall repair project. He is very meticulous and professional. Although drywall repair can be messy, he managed to keep the workspace clean. I will definitely use him for future projects.

Drywall Repair
German did a large drywall repair, retexture, repaint in eight different areas of my home after flood damage. He had to move my water heater, washer, dryer, refrigerator, furniture and artwork. Replace baseboard. Did some plumbing and electrical as part of the process. His craftsmanship was impeccable. Attitude and communication top notch. Went the extra mile. Timely. Cleaned up after himself.

German was awesome to work with from start to finish. He called two days before he was scheduled to do the job to confirm, arrived on time, and cleaned up before he departed. We had ripped out a shelving unit that traversed two walls. The drywall needed to be repaired and we have an odd pattern on the walls. On a previous job, the drywaller had difficulty matching the pattern, so we were a little nervous. German managed to match it perfectly! We will be in touch with him again in the near future for another project.

German was fantastic! He came out to quote the various projects earlier in the week and then we scheduled a time for the projects to be completed. He spent the entire day helping me with various projects around the house from replacing outside patio tile that needed a jackhammer to some wood trim to electrical -- he got it all done! He was on time, his work was impeccable and he left the house and project areas clean. We plan to use him again in the future. Thanks!

German and his brother Jerry completed the project in the time frame he estimated. Both men were professional, respectful, and committed to providing quality service. They took care in leaving our home better than when they arrived (i.e. protecting floors, walls, and handling new blinds with care). They ran into one small problem that they hadn't planned for; however, German thoroughly explained the situation immediately and told us there would be a small price increase from the original quote, allowing us the option to proceed or not. Both men seem to enjoy what they do and strive to provide a service that pleases the customer.

I had a great experience with German, in fact I hired him in November to help with some remaining items I needed to list my rental home for sale and it sold quickly (one month I got an offer) and I was looking to hire him again on another project and remembered I forgot to give him a great recommendation. He was very prompt, very great communicator, super friendly and honest about the time involved and what he could finish! It was a large house and my contractor could not get to the interior painting soon enough and was so much more expensive I went with German and was super pleased! A+ in every category!

I was very happy with the work performed. Drywall needed to be removed and replaced to gain access to pocket door hardware. The repair of the drywall is excellent, can't even tell any work was done! Deadbolt was installed and works well. I definitely recommend this company.

So, he came and decided to do the tiles first, which took him longer than I thought it should have. He kept complaining that he's tired and not as young as he used to be. He was also rude. I had just had my pool done and he was walking towards with his bucket like he's going to wash his hands in there and I asked what are you doing, he goes 'let the man do his job' . That's not the way to talk to people. Anyways, he finishes the tile work and then refuses to install the ceiling fan or fix the closet door. He said he was too tired and if I wanted I could just give him a bad review. Why is he signing up for work that he is unable to do? I would definitely not hire him again and would not recommend him to anyone.

"Approximately 8 ft.x 8 ft. of Tile was removed with chisel and hammer, chiseled area clean, Reinstalled with thin-set, then grouted in about 5 hrs. I completed job quickly because I felt rushed, maybe to save money on labor hours. I do apologise for walking by your pool, I had no idea it is not allowed to walk by pool. Thank you for your purchase."
