We had purchased a gas furnace from GSM and were extremely satisfied with the work, advice and installation. We decided to use them for our semiannual AC tuneup. The technician was prompt. efficient,friendly and pointed out a few things to improve our unit’s performance and allow more efficient usage. I highly recommend them

I hired GSM Services to replace my A/C unit and furnace with a newer, upgraded system. A few weeks ago Kelly came to my house to give me an estimate for a new heating and air system. He was on time and very professional. He surveyed my existing system, took measurements of my house, and did some calculations to determine exactly what type and capacity system that I would need. He showed and explained to me several options as well as their prices. He wasn’t pushy as he left in order to give me time to review the different options before making my decision. I called the office the next day with my decision and to set up a date and time for installation. Today (May 22) Kyle and Craig showed up on time and were extremely professional as well. They worked from 8:30 to 5:30 completing the replacement of my entire heating/air system. The field team leader also showed up just to ensure that everything was going smoothly. They were very helpful in answering any questions that I had throughput the day and they took the time to explain to me about the new system after installation was complete (I.e. how to operate the new programmable thermostat). Overall, it was a great experience and I will definitely use them again.

Excellent all away around

Excellent work done by Scott. Everything explained. Cleaned debris out of units. Wore booties while in our home. Changed filters and showed me a long list of all the other maintenance he did on the units. Have used this company for over 25 years.

We have a contract with them. They are very quick to respond. They are always there. They did what they said they were going to do, and what I felt was needed. They addressed my issues pretty well. Anytime I've had any issues with my questioning, one technician's capacities against the company, they addressed it pretty well, and they sent me somebody else. There are discrepancies between the technicians.

They come out and service twice a year.

I'm pretty picky and GSM exceeded my expectations on every level. They truly care about their customers. Five stars.

I've just been really pleased. The only thing that I kind of have a question about. They said the supervisor would come back out and show me pictures of what they had done under there after they got finished. He had some kind of a conflict and he didn’t come. I have to call and ask them to have him come. But I have the number of the man who talked to us at the begging and he is the one who told me always get pictures when somebody finishes, not just when they start. I think he will come or send whoever is supposed to come. I am not worried about that.

I guess the price alright. It's about what we paid in Charlotte with another company, maybe just a tiny bit less. But I guess it's the what the prevailing rate is. We had somebody else to do the work, and they didn't do; and we paid them more. We have signed up to use them for our maintenance service for the furnace and air conditioner.
