Technician arrived on time. Did a thorough job of cleaning the dryer vent. Very professional. Would definitely hire again.

Joe found that there was mold in the duct work. It was enough that the duct work had to be replaced. It could not be cleaned. Even after spending a fair amount of time, Joe told me that the cleaning was not enough. He said he would not charge me for his time. He was so nice about the situation that I did him some money for his time. He also followed up to make sure the replacement went well. I would recommend G&T for any duct & dryer vent cleaning for residential or commercial use.

Wow! Before I purchased the Deal on Angie's List, I contacted Joe (G&T's President) to let him know that my dryer duct was exceptionally long & it runs across the ceiling. He said he'd certainly honor the deal despite the circumstances. He arrived on time with all the equipment necessary. Scrupulously clean throughout the entire process!! He explained how & why as he cleaned the entire length from dyer to outside vent, and even provided me with 2 capped holes so that I can check the condition in the future. Plus, he gave me guidance about appliance usage so that I won't need vent cleaning as often! AND he called a week later to follow up & make sure I was completely satisfied! Will I call G&T Services again in the future, ABSOLUTELY!

<p>There was a mix up on the location for the services but it was not their fault. After discovering the error they were at the correct location within 1/2 hour.</p> <p>They cleaned the vent and actually went beyond and above what was expected. The tech cleaned around the dryer, removed the back cover and vacuumed the inside of the rear of the dryer. They then corrected a few issues that created a fire hazard.</p> <p>I would highly recommend them, you don't find many companies that provide such good service!</p> <br />

Joe Rogers was very friendly and professional. He did everything he was supposed to. If he saw anything else he would fix it if he could. I would recommend him to anybody if you want the job done right.

It was a good experience. Mr. Rogers was very polite and pleasant. He was punctual; in fact, showed up a couple minutes early. He explained what he was going to do, and did a thorough job. He also vacuumed a heater vent in my laundry room that had gotten filled with cat litter, thanks to my last pet. My dryer is now working efficiently. I requested, and received, an estimate from him for cleaning my heating ducts. I plan to get him here to do that job in December.

Gand T accommodated our needs and provided great professional service. I would highly recommend Gand T for residential, commercial and industrial work related to air systems and ventilation.
