I have been dealing with Guaranteed Pest Control for well over 10 years. I was having real problems with my yard in Lighthouse Point. On the advise of a neighbor whose lawn looked Awesome i called Guaranteed Pest. I set up an appointment ...a gentleman named Nick actually showed up on time which was a good start. In the past i had set appointments with other yard/ pest companies that either were late or didn't show up at all. Nick had a great approach...he asked me questions about what i was doing with my lawn care and what i was looking for. Once he got my information he explained how Guaranteed Pest would meet and exceed my expectations and how i would soon have one of the nicest yards in the neighbor hood. I think that i laughed out loud. Followed by everyone tells me that. Nick then told me that he was the owner of Guaranteed Pest Control and if i gave him my business he promised that he would not let me down. It wasn't long and i had one of the best looking yards in the neighborhood. Now in a different house i am still using Guaranteed, Nick kept his promise and my yard looks Terrific. What really makes the whole thing work is that Nick hires and trains good people. The guys that come out to my house are gentleman who show up on time and do the job right. They also answer my questions and make suggestions. Nick has a lady named Belkus who is in the office. She is wonderful...she sets up the appointments, does the follow up and can answer my questions. She make me feel like i called the right place. if i was still working i would hire her in a minute. If you want a Great looking yard Guaranteed Pest Control is for you.

I highly recommend Guaranteed Pest Control and fertilization. They are very professional and are competitive with their pricing. Their services saved my trees ! They are always on time and very prompt at calling me back when I have questions.

I used Guaranteed for several years but this last year things went downhill (before the Corona Virus scare). I noticed problems right after their technician serviced our yard. Work was completed in just a few minutes without looking for problems. Follow-up calls were met with promises for free retreatment that never happened. Twice I threatened to quit using them. Each time a "manager" came out and promised to take care of the problems. Never happened. The second manager who came out said that the first manager was a pest control person who did not know much about trees and shrubs. I was paying $105 every two months for this poor service. I had to call after almost every treatment to ask that someone come out to fix obvious problems that were not addressed by the scheduled treatment. I'm very disappointed.

They are excellent and very responsive and dependable. They are fairly priced and courteous. I would recommend them.

I would use them again

They have come 3 times. I noticed they weren't treating completely and feel I have to observe. The tech told me not to cut the grass any lower or it would die. The office admin told me to cut it shorter. The office 15 admin Carlos, first told me to water only twice weekly for 15 min so weeds don't grow. The next tie we spoke he tells me to water more. Its been pouring the past few days! Then the same day the tech told me not to cut the grass, Carlos Pedrozo tells me to cut the grass it's too long! They can't make up their minds! See pictures!!

The sales representative (Brian) was very professional and helpful in setting up our contract for pest control inside and outside. The initial treatment started off good with professional technicians. After three months of service, we learned that the monthly scheduled outside treatment only consisted of spraying the yard. There was no preventative maintenance treatment on the ornamentals and palm trees. If you live in South Florida, we all know that we can't give the critters any extra time to start their feasting. So we would have to call Guaranteed Pest Control & Fertilization to schedule a technician to come out and treat the infected plants and/or trees. The first time we called back in March, it took over a week for the tech to treat our property. The person I spoke with at Guaranteed Pest Control & Fertilization apologized and said this wouldn't happen again. Some time in April, Still no preventative maintenance on the monthly treatment. We determined that our bougainvillea plants in the front yard were looking very bad and were infected with spider mites and the notorious whitefly. I called Guaranteed Pest Control & Fertilization to report the issue with the bougainvillea. It took several phone calls and over two weeks for a technician to arrive at our property and treat the bougainvillea. In my communication with the Guaranteed Pest Control & Fertilization, I received the impression that the company was going through some major changes. The sales representative and other employee's I had spoken with in the past were all gone. We put too much work into our landscaping to watch it be destroyed by pests through negligence. My wife and I retrieved our spray bottles and insecticides and started once again to treat our plants and trees ourselves. I understand that company's fall on hard times and unforeseen circumstances arise, but it would have been nice if Guaranteed Pest Control & Fertilization had been honest with us instead of making excuses. Was very good job

First hired them several years ago and liked their service so much when we moved we had them take care of the new house. They are always responsive and knowledgeable. They have a great crew, very professional and great to work with. Our neighbors were so impressed with our lawn, they both hired them. They're the best I have ever worked with. Oh, and the price is reasonable, too.

I use this company for 5 properties. They are professional and responsive to their customers. My lawns look great. I have used several other companies before finding this one. I'm glad I finally found the best! I highly recommend them for your lawn care needs.

Guaranteed has been my fertilization and pest control specialist for over a decade. They are extremely professional, courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. Over the years several of my specimen trees suffered hurricane damage Guaranteed easily nursed them back to health. I highly Recommend Guaranteed Pest Control and Fertilization!

Typically i would not write a review. But i feel that Guaranteed has done everything that they said they would do. I have been a customer since December 2015...at the time I was living in Pompano Beach. I had used other service companies but found that they spent less than five minutes spraying my yard and it looked like it...weeds and brown areas every where. Within three months Guaranteed had my yard looking better than it had looked in the last 30 years. I sold my home in Pompano and moved to my current home in Pembroke Pines (the new yard had all kinds of issues). I contacted Guaranteed and in less than three months i was on the way to having one of the nicest lawns in our area. In fact many of our neighbors now use Guaranteed. Which is making it harder for us to have the nicest lawn in the neighbor hood...a lot of yards look great now. There is a lot to be said for family owned and operated. They do what they say they will do. They also hire really nice people...I promise that you will not be disappointed with the service and the result.

Very well... However, I cannot give the company an 'A' until several months of lawn treatment. But so far so good... B+

We hired GPC&F to treat our outdoor area on a bimonthly basis. Several neighbors use them and like them. So far we've had our first treatment. It's too soon to say they work miracles, but they seem to do a thorough applicarion.

Guaranteed Pest Control has been great! I’ve been using their services for a year and 4 months now and their service, professionalism and price have been excellent! I had a tick problem in my yard and with having 3 dogs.. I needed it taken care of immediately. They responded upon my call and came out within a couple days. I haven’t had a tick problem since using them. I recommend them highly... my experience has been exceptional!

In a very short couple of weeks after two applications my lawn has been transformed! They are prompt and courteous. I would recommend them without hesitation.
