Performed Power Scrub and Scotch Guard on carpets. Performed acid base cleaning on kitchen and bathroom tile floors. Would hire again.

Hired them on an posted deal. Worker complain because they had to enter attic, said that wasn't part of the price. They didn't even have to move dryer, as it wasn't in the room When i got home dryer pipe was disconnected in attic, in two pieces. The did clean pipe for what is was worth. Owner offered to credit me for cost to go in attic, fee was never refunded. I should have just done the work myself.

I had no dryer vent just a hole in the wall so there was no cleaning done.

I had no dryer vent. I just had a hole in the wall. No. He wasn't fixing it. He came out to clean the dryer vent, and there was no dryer vent. I found out I got a structural problem. I got to fix. I thanked him, and he went his separate ways. The guy was suppose to refer me to an handyman, but he never did. They didn't really do any work.

OK.....after a couple of issues came up initially....1) first appt. was "lost in space" (not written down by the him who scheduled me)....2) reschedule was to be first thing this morning and he had a dead battery and flat tire and called me to let me know he would of course, be late. Guess these things can happen to anyone. The work seemed very thorough. I haven't inspected everything too carefully yet (since I want it to dry completely before I walk around on the carpet), but I am pretty certain it will be a great improvement upon how it was!

Went just fine and quicker than expected

This was alright. The carpet was pretty bad so he couldn’t guarantee it could be cleaned by doing a normal cleaning so he had to get the brush out and do a scrub on it. The steam cleaner wouldn’t have cleaned it properly. He did a fine job on it and it the carpet cleaning. I wouldn’t use him again because he is far out of town.

The advertisement/special was for 1000 sq ft of carpet cleaning. At best, serviceman cleaned approx 500 ft. There were 4 areas not extremely bad that I wanted technician to pay special attention to. 2 of the 4 he did very well. The other 2 in hallway he was not able to do a good job at all. Once the carpet dried (1 day later), it was obvious that it wasn't done thoroughly. And the water marks persist which was one of the big reasons I scheduled this in the beginning.

Over all it was an ok experience. They got there on time , did a good job with the carpets, and cleaned up after they were done. The carpet cleaners were very ,friendly, polite. However, they came in and right off the get go, tracked mud all over a brand new foyer runner. They cleaned it for us but the whole idea behind the appointment was to clean carpets and not to create more work. They didn't even offer a discount when we even paid extra for a deeper clean on our rugs. After they finished the job they packed everything up and never asked to walk around to see if we were happy with the work. They just said that they were done and they were off to the next job. I would not use them nor recommend them to friends and family.

Great. Scheduling was timely, they were prompt on appointment day. Very professional and got the job done! They kept me apprised of any issues they found and quoted me if an extra service beyond what we initially discussed.

They did sort of an average job.

Victor showed up as scheduled and cleaned the tile and grout in the kitchen and nook area as requested. It looks like new, my wife was VERY pleased with the results. You don't realize how dirty your tiles are until you see them after they've been cleaned. We opted to apply the sealant ourselves, but in hindsight should've just paid Victor to do it. My aching back. :) We would definitely use Guaranteed Services again.

In my 68 years, I have never had a carpet cleaning service tell me it would cost an additional $40 to get out stains. Carpets needed cleaning, but were not overly stained if compared to previous cleaning companies which got them clean. Man seemed to be in a hurry and left carpets dirty at the edges which met other rooms. Will not be using them again.

The work was completed within 5 days of my firs contact. He did a really good job and explained everything as he worked. I would definitely use this company again.

After calling the business to ask if they worked on weekends, I was told that they worked "24/7" as needed, so I purchased a package & selected 3 possible dates for service. Never was contacted back by the business. After all of my selected dates had lapsed I was finally able speak with them about receiving the service that I paid for. At this point I was told that weekend appointments were extra & that was in the fine print of the deal (I really would have appreciated this disclaimer when I called the first time, though it really might have been listed somewhere obscure while clicking through the terms). So anyways, I WAS able to obtain service (but not until after I was hit-up for an additional $60 in cash if I wanted it REALLY clean) on May 2, 2016 which held me 36 hours over on my lease. *We have no pets & there were no stains on the carpet (food or otherwise) just normal traffic around where the furniture sat, but it was almost white carpet so maybe something additional is required for lighter carpets?* I never went back through the until after the services were rendered, but I assume that the carpets were done very well because the property managers would have tried to keep the deposit if they weren't. The man was very friendly, but I just didn't feel like all of the "surprises" were a very professional & ethical way to do business.
