Guarco Construction Driveway Paving & Snow Removal

From the first phone call with Kyle, I felt like I was going to be in good hands. He explained every step of each part of the process. When he came out with his father to do the estimate, again they explained their findings and the scope of the job. Once the project started they sent pictures and videos along the way since I was work during the driving work. I love my new driveway. I thought they were going to rip up a lot of my grass, but the asphalt and the grass edge lined up perfectly. I am loving my new driveway.

Working with Guarco was a very professional but personal experience. Carl went out of his way to explain and correct issues that would impact the life of my new driveway. The existing footprint was expanded a bit and the work included preparation of the area for new seeding. I contacted Kyle Guarco about a driveway repair for the back of our home which has a drainage issue. I was very impressed with his suggestions to try to have the paving work with our existing drainage system to make it work better. Carl returned my call for a quote within 10 minutes. We had some sink holes on our driveway extension so it needed replacement. We thought we were going to need the whole driveway done but Carl was very honest and said our main driveway was fine and just the side extension needed replacing. Honesty means a lot in my book. Carl, his son Kyle and crew all arrived at 7 am as promised and worked a full day of prep. They all returned the next day to pave. It all came out clean looking and professional. Carl Guarco provided exemplary service for installing an asphalt driveway/family sports use on our property this past summer. The quality of the work was excellent, and as promised, the slope required for water drainage from rainfall was calculated just right, with no puddling. They did an excellent job . Completed in 2 days time. Ripped entire driveway up on a hill and replaced . Including additional drainage needed to prevent water from getting into the house . Excellent service and couldn’t recommend them enough.

Carl and Kyle of Guarco Construction did a great job of replacing and expanding our asphalt driveway. The project also required installing a channel drain to correct the years long issue of rainwater running into our garage. The work they’ve done corrected this issue and we couldn’t be happier. Called Guarco Construction on a Saturday afternoon just hoping to leave a message to get an estimate for a driveway. Carl (the owner) picked up the phone and arranged to come over that day for an estimate. Told him exactly what we were looking for and wrote up the estimate right then and there. I knew before he left that we would be going with him after getting a couple quotes previously. Not only was the price very reasonable, he listened to our wants and needs and said he could do exactly what we wanted, unlike some of the competitors. They tore up the old driveway, laid stone down, and month later came back and paved the driveway. Came out better than expected. Carl Guarco and his team did an excellent job ripping and repaving a large parking area behind my 3 family house. They added processed stone to level and grade the base. They replaced a linear drain behind the house, as well as adjusting and grading toward a driveway drain that had been too high before. He is experienced, fair and easy to communicate with. The end result is a beautiful job which I expect will last for decades.

I collected several bids for the driveway replacement. I found the process of evaluation by Guarco Construction to be thorough. Mr. Guarco (senior) is experienced and talented. His bid was on the high side of the range of bids. However, I chose hm and his team to do the work because he offered that extra customer service and wisdom. The crew was thorough and worked diligently. I am very happy with the job. Guarco also offered educational materials to extend the life of the driveway and his assurance that any issues with the driveway going forward will be managed promptly under his warranted.
