Addition to Existing Structure Building Service

Tyler Garner and Ian Alberson have taken my deposit and never started the project nor have they ever given a start date. They lied and lied about email, estimate and made promises they never fulfilled. Signed contract in July 2025, nothing was every done to the present Jan 2026. They abandoned the project and ran off with the money. Never bought materials, nor did anything to repair a basement that had been flooded. They would not give a start date until 1/2 the estimate was paid. Then never never gave a start date, just kept scamming and slow-walking the project. They are scam artists. I have filed a complaint with the police department for theft, fraud, etc. DO NOT HIRE THEM NOR GIVE THEM ANY MONEY!!! You will regret it. I promise you. Jw

Addition to Existing Structure Building Service
Construction was started almost 2 years ago. After many excuses & lies, they took our money and abandoned the project. Because they drywalled the rooms of the addition & the roof was not put on - there was just a tarp on it - rain came into the room & damaged everything that was done. They walked & left us with the pieces to pick up.
