The contractor showed up on time, assessed the issue, took pictures and called to explain the damage and recommended repair (this is a rental property). They sent the estimate and honored their Angie's List coupon. Also did the work on time and sent pictures of the completed work prior to sending the invoice. Great company and great job.

We used Advanced and we were satisfied. They did a good job. So far we're keeping our fingers crossed on it; we're getting a lot of rain. It was just a couple of days to complete the job. Two people came out to work on it. They sent out a rep first to look at it and give an estimate, but two men showed up to actually do the work. They were professional abd they did the job, I can't think of anything negative.

This Master Elite Roofer deserves this title. They are truly professionals who understand what it takes to provide roof related work. The firm was instrumental in helping me secure the services of a licensed electrican to provide the electrical connection to the new roof vent. Kyle and a two man crew arrived early, explained what they were going to do, and got down to work. They backed up the  trailer close to my garage to allow easy access to the roof and proceeded to unload the roof vent, shingles, underlayment and tools to complete the work. Backing the trailer close to the garage also made it easier for them to drop all trash, removed shingles, etc. directly into the trailer. Working hand in hand with the electrician, the work was completed on time. As soon as the breaker in the electric panel was turned on, the roof vent began running, exhausting hot air from the attic. Kyle and the crew gave a thumbs up when the fan started running. When all the work was completed Kyle and the crew left the site and a happy homeowner. <br />

Lots of missteps.  Applied urethane sealant that was defective beginning in 12/13.  Had to re-do in the spring.  Still had leaks.  Contractor came out a number of times to fix.  I still have leaks but not as bad.  I am still trying to get things fixed. <br />

It was $1,000 cheaper than the next guy. There was nothing left. There were no nails on the grass. They totally cleaned it up completely. It took them about 2 1/2 days.

It went great! They did a beautiful job I would definitely recommend them. They were neat and tidy. They always return our phone calls and it was an efficient operation.

<p>Started calling for help with this roofer on 7/7/14 and waited until 9/24/14 for assistance. Repairman showed, quick repair and was told leak was fixed, charged and paid $275.00. Repair ineffectual; no effect on leak and it continued unabated. Called contractor again, told it would be another month before they could return to repair the repair. Meanwhile, contracted with another roofer who performed a very thorough investigation, determined the where and what of the leak problem and facilitated a complete repair which had no relationship whatsoever to the valley and leaves purportedly blocking it. Repeated calls seeking remedy were not returned. Felt this was a rip off. </p> <br />

I had three cost estimates done. Cheapest estimate left their estimate stuck in the front door and never called back to discuss it. Expensive estimate was $2000+ more by way of adding an attic fan that I was not convinced was necessary. <br /> Advanced Roofing provided the best estimate for the work to be performed and Mr. Davis answered all questions to my satisfaction prior to my committing to them. Mr. Davis advised me at the time of the estimate that it would be about six weeks before the job could be started due to jobs already committed and I was satisfied with this timetable. <br /> The job was scheduled to start on 6/19 and the crew showed up on time on 6/19 and began work almost immediately. I was advised the job would take 2-21/2 days. The crew were professional and worked through the day on the first day, removing the old roof and laying down the waterproof barrier on the rear of the house. The second day the crew showed up on time and started working right away. Again they worked the full day and finished most of the roof by the end of the day. They had to finish the job on Saturday, which fell in the range of time I expected. The crew finished the job by about 10 a.m. They did a good job of cleaning up after they were finished although we have found a few roofing nails in the lawn that the magnets missed. All of the leftover shingle cuttings, ridge vent, shingles and bits of plastic etc. were well cleaned up. <br /> I am quite happy with the entire process of getting our house re-roofed from the estimate to the work completion. The Advanced Roofing people were very easy to work with and the work crew completed the job in a professional and timely manner and it appeared they worked well together and that the crew boss knew his business. I know it can be difficult to locate the source of leaks and I understand that it took three visits over a month to find the problem.  I was pleased that they finally did find and repair it.  The 2-man team came promptly the first time and each time that I called them back.  Each time, they thought they had found the source of the leak and fixed it and finally did find it.  The 2 team members were very pleasant to work with and accommodating.   <br /> I would use this company again, but I would want to get competitive bids next time. <br />

We researched several providers and we went with them because they had the best price, used the highest quality shingle on the roof, and the warranty/guarantee that came with it was great.  The crew was gregarious and I was impressed that whenever my wife went out to get the mail, they would clear a path for her.  They were respectful and very responsive in our final walk-through to fix any issues I had concerns about.  I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.  One of my neighbors actually came out and specifically commented that the work looked great.

Brent under-promised and over-delivered; he was honest with us and did not try to push extra things that would have been nice but didn't fit our budget.  He told me when to expect they would start--and they started when they said would.  The workers were punctual and worked all day; they were courteous--even when I backed my car into one of theirs and dented its side--totally my bad. <br /> At one point, when backing a trailer closer to the house so they could dump the old paper & shingles directly into the trailer, the truck got bogged down and stuck in the front yard (blasted moles made the yard soft).  Once they got out they didn't try again and just spread out some tarps to catch the debris.  It was extra work for them--and Brent discounted the total because of the damage to the yard.  They cleaned up everything well at the end of the job. <br /> Straight-up, nice folks all around, in the office and on the job. <br /> This was a great experience--highly recommend them. <br />

His crew showed up on time, were courteous, and did an outstanding job. They completed the job quickly, and cleaned up before they left.
