Anthony Gucciardo is the consummate professional. We interviewed two other agents and found his marketing to be exceptional. We felt that the national firms that we spoke with were drinking company Kool-Aid. One gave us free pens and magnets as if that was going to make us choose them. We didn't care about a national name but rather someone who understood the local market and where to price our home. Anthony had a plan plan for getting the job done. Our house sold in two weeks and the communication was flawless. I don't think more than five minutes went by before Anthony returned a text or email. We also purchased a home with Anthony as well and he made the process very smooth.

He didn't charge anything. He always answered his phone within two or three rings and he was responsive to requests.

We hired Anthony Gucciardo to help settle our mothers estate. He was punctual, prompt, and professional. The house sold within two weeks and we couldn't be happier. We weren't sure what to think of Anthony based on all of his advertising, but he's a true gentleman and very professional. If we had to find one complaint it would be the other realtors forgetting to turn our lights off after showing our house.
