Great work and timely

They were so professional and they were very good. They did not waste any time. The 2 gentlemen took real care of our things. They were awesome. If I ever need tomove again they will be the one we use. It only took 4 1/2 hours total.

They did and awesome job, thank you Guerra Brothers. They showed up on time, worked hard, always moving something, and communicated well about what needed to be done. I would/will hire again on my next move.

They called before they came to verify the addresses, started on time, were very careful with our furniture, and were extremely fast at loading and unloading the truck. They were very polite and professional, and hard working and we were very satisfied with the job they did. Our move could not have gone smoother.

The workers were professional, there on time, very careful and responsive to customer's wishes. No damage or anything dropped.

My husband and I found ourselves needing movers at the last minute after our truck was totaled a week before our scheduled move. Guerra Brothers squeezed us into their schedule on a Saturday. They called me the night before our move to confirm the details. Their price was very competitive and they gave a 5% discount for Angie's List members. The day of the move, they called and asked if they could show up early (OF COURSE, I WANTED IT OVER!) and showed up ready to work. My husband and I had almost everything consolidated to the front of the garage and the front room of the house so all they had to do was load. Every other moving company had quoted me a 4 hour flat rate, but Guerra Brothers allowed me to pay by the hour for a three man crew. They worked hard, fast and NOT A SINGLE PIECE OF FURNITURE WAS DAMAGED! My entire move from start to finish, including commute time was 2 hours!!! <br /> We bought them pizza, cold water, gatorade and tipped them well because they truly hustled like I have never seen before! I have high standards, I have moved several times being in the military and I run a tight ship. I have never been so impressed with a moving company and I have not one single complaint! Paul, Miguel and Oscar get two thumbs up from us! <br />

Generally speaking, when I have moved anywhere in the past, I have relied on friends to help load and unload the moving truck.  I decided I would rather spend the money and KNOW someone is showing up to do the job.  The guys were great.  We had to wait for my dad to bring the truck, so in the meantime, we (yes, I helped) just started taking everything out of the apartment and downstairs to sort of stage it.  The guys were quick, professional and extremely friendly.  They had a great sense of humor and there was a good rapport established early on that made the entire task enjoyable.  Although I have no desire to ever move back to the Waco area, IF something required me to do so, I would readily call on these guys again. <br />

It was a simple job, but they were prompt, punctual, and cooperative. <br />

They had an open calendar for the day I needed which was only 48 hours away (or less).  I paid for three hours of service and used every second of their time. Two men showed up (later than expected).  The original paperwork they had said unload so there was a miscommunication when I called to set up loading services.  However, they got busy and worked really hard at getting everything loaded into the truck I rented (which was smaller than I needed).  They were very careful with my furniture with the exception of one couch which ended up with a small (1") tear.  The space they had to work with was very small for that couch, and I was happy it was the couch and not the wall with damage.  I feel they could have had pads for doorways for such instances.  Overall, they worked hard and I would definitely use them again if I ever moved back to the area. <br />

<p>I could not have dreamed that a moving company could completely blow me away.  You see, I'm a real stickler for the little things that most people ignore.  For instance, it took me three days to assemble my entertainment system.   They took it apart and re-assembled it in less than an hour.  Once they moved everything out of the house and garage, they double-checked every nook and cranny of the house to make sure they got everything.  And the care they took in preparing my grand piano for moving was spot-on.  Since the piano was being moved over to a wood floor (it had been sitting on carpet for years), the precision they took it putting it into its new home (they knew they only had one chance of putting it in exactly the right place or risk cracking a plank) was immaculate.</p> <p><br /> </p> <p>We had forgotten that there was already a standard piano in the new residence in the den.  We had donated it to a church we knew needed one, but that gift had been contingent on our being able to sell our former home to buy this new one.  And in the  rush to remember everything involved with a move, we had pushed it out of our minds.  The church was no more than a mile away and they moved it for us for a SMALL extra charge, never complaining about finding even more work to do once they had completed OUR  move.</p> <p><br /> </p> <p>As you can probably tell, I've been waiting for a long time to have a platform to recommend these guys for their skills, so here it is . . . my highest recommendation.</p> <p><br /> </p> <p>I would add that if they are not available on  the days you want to move, do like I did and find experienced piano movers who also move furniture.  Because if they can move a grand piano, the rest of your home would be a piece of cake.</p>

The arrived on time, loaded the truck in about 3 hours.  After lunch, lead them to our new home in Sun City where we dropped off boxes that had been loaded last and then proceeded to a storage place about 5 miles away where they unloaded the remaining furniture and boxes and carefully packed them in the storage facility.  The three man crew was perfect size for our size move, with everything being done by 5:30 P.M.   <br /> We were so pleased with the loading and the unloading that we purchased the three men's lunch and dinner.  They were very careful, very professional, and very pleasant to work with.  We highly recommend them.   <br /> <br /> <br />

The movers from Guerra Brothers showed up on time with 2 trucks. When they got to the house they asked if everything goes. We told them yes. They were much better prepared than we were. They came in with their dollies & started loading up the truck. We didn't have bedding & a few other things packed but their pace set our pace. It was myself, a 56 y/o women, my brother who is 57 & our 77 y/0 Mother. Also 1 7y/o niece. We started loading up our personal vehicles with bedding, clothes & other misc items. Our Mom had collected a lot of stuff after living in the same place over 20 yrs! The movers were very polite and careful with our Mom' s things. You could tell they new exactly what they were doing. They were able to pack SOO much stuff in the trucks! When we would get in their way they would not complain, again, very polite & respectful! They saw I was trying to help my brother with a large tv & said " oh, let me get that!" Very helpful! When we got to the new location they unloaded very quickly. Again, I have to say, so polite. When they were done the shook hands with all of us. They were so very professional and did such a wonderful job in a timely manner! I would recommend them to anyone! We did not have anyone to physically help us move our Mom and they were just what we needed! I thank y'all so much for all the work you did!!! <br />

my moving experience from Dallas to Waco was terrible with lots of scratches and dents. Guerra brothers was the complete opposite. The 3 guys took great care to not put a single scratch on my antique furniture. I was delighted with the care and professionalism they showed. They took pride in doing a superb job. I couldn't be more delighted and will recommend them to everyone in Waco. They even took care of a few problems with pieces I didn't think to do. <br />

We felt the price was reasonable.  It was more than we had paid on the move there from Arlington, TX, but that company was very unsatisfactorary.  That company was not located in Waco.They offered a helpful option to come load one truck the afternoon before the move, leave that truck and return with the other to load and drive from Waco to Fort Worth the next day.  It worked out well and we were finished much earlier than we would have otherwise.They did a reasonable job packing everything insuring no breakage of fragile items. There was only one item damaged slightly, but it was so minor we decided not to mention it.  We have moved so many times that this small issue was negligible.We would certainly use them again if we were moving from or two the Waco, TX area.

It was awesome.  I've only used them for partial and heavy, they moved a piano and some other heavy furniture.  I used them 11 years ago to move the piano and other heavy furniture.  They are reliable, efficient and they will do whatever you ask them to do.  Nothing was missing or broken either time.  I've used movers all my life and they are the best I've ever contracted with.
