The customer service overall was however the follow through was erratic. Had some issues with contractor not showing up when expected and possible lack of experience however Is spoke with the manager and he was determined to make it right and sent a more experienced pro who did an excellent job. You may need to proactive to get the job done right.

I am currently suing Guice Services Inc. (Rooter ProXpress) in Fulton County Magistrate Court, Case No. 26MS254770 ? this is public record and can be verified. They performed plumbing work that was done incorrectly and have refused to make it right. I reached out directly to their CEO and legal representation with full documentation ? invoices, photographs, video, etc. They are fully aware of the situation and have chosen to be uncooperative. I have also filed complaints with the Georgia Secretary of State (their current corporate status is Active/Noncompliance), and I am pursuing additional complaints through the Georgia Attorney General?s Consumer Protection Division and the Georgia State Licensing Board. I gave them every opportunity to resolve this fairly before taking these steps. Do not use this company.
