Guil's assistants installed the air conditioner in the window on Monday, June 6th, and did a good job, cleaning the window and removing the old AC. Guil came the next day and took away the old AC and caulked up the gaps in the seal on the new AC with his caulking gun. Guil was very courteous and upbeat about the install. We hope to use him again on a future project.

Workers Juan and Rafael arrived promptly and kept me informed and involved with decisions as the work progressed. I wasn’t able to be there in person, so I communicated with Guilco via WhatsApp and explained what I needed done. The job involved removing the security bars, patching the bolt holes, and repainting the affected areas. He completed everything in about an hour and sent me photos of the finished work. I’m so happy to have finally found a reliable contractor/handyman I can trust to take care of repairs and maintenance for my home. It gives me real peace of mind knowing I have someone dependable to call when I need help.

I needed an exterior door replaced and was dreading the project because there were complications including rotten wood and irregular framing as old houses some times have. Guilmar's crew did a fanatic job. They were knowledge, efficient, and clean. After this experience, I scheduled several other projects with him.

We had a pocket door that no longer opened and closed easily, and was getting stuck in place. Guil and his team came in, arrived on time, and did the work quickly to fix the door. He plans to come back to finish painting the wall and re-attaching the fixtures on that wall. We're already looking to hire him again for another project or two.
