The employees of this company knows their job and has done a very professional job from getting the work done to cleaning up everything. I will definitely use them in the future. Guillot sent a family of five, one man to carry the sealer, two women with brooms, swifter wrapped in old use rugs and two teenage boys. They came with no ladder to reach the balcony from the outside and no drip cloths to protect my wooden floors when coming inside and out of home after rolling the sealer onto the porch?s. Johnathan had suggested that I research the sealer AR-350, I did and the direction on applying. When I noticed that the crew wasn?t using any water I asked the only male why he didn?t wash and strip the old sealer he replied that Jonathan said to only sweep the porches. I had explained to Jonathan that my husband and I had sealed the pavers several years ago and needed to be stripped. In my opinion, when Jonathan came for the estimate he seen $$$$ and a widow. He then marked up the price for what he assumed was a small job and sent and Day laborers. He waited to submit the amended quote. And when I questioned him, he became very rude, disrespectful.

THis review system only allows one category. The company did a complete repair and refinish of my front door, including painting upon completion, a new storm door placed on the same front door, a removal and replacement of my side storm door as well as replacement of the side trim that had been written up as needing repair in 2 prior house inspections we reviewed before buying this house, a repaint and caulking of our main garage door trim on all three sides, an attic stair replacement and installation, and repairing of the outdoor shed that was already in place when we bought the house and was on a good foundation. The shed was the hardest as the sides of the rooffline had been rotted due to age and leaking and that had affected several beams supporting the roof. Also the front doors were rotted and required replacement. First, Jonathan reworked our request for work literally dozens of times as we were trying to do a lot more work, He was quite patient and reworked it each time without complaint. Once agreed on this phase one both doors were completed with great results. The front door and front storm door work together with the front garage trim work make this look like a whole new house! The side door and trim finally looks great! And the shed is amazing. Jeff cut out the bad parts of the roof, plywood, removed all the tiles needed, for this, supported all the compromised beams, placed two high quality vents in either side, added siding on all three sides and placed aluminum trim everywhere requested (not the top and side of the front, but we had not asked for that and will simply sand and paint the few trim pieces that remain). He also replaced all tiling on the roof that required it with no difference in appearance visible to the naked eye, and replaced the two rotted front doors. This now looks like a brand new stick built shed, and better than it did originally since there is vinyl siding all around the three sides. We will be back fro more later as we can pay down this first project s we appreciated the expert communication, quick response, and quick start as well as the great finished project! I felt the price was a little steep. I guess itâ s because of my high pitch roof.

Professional team who is centered on customer satisfaction and getting the job done right the first time. Jonathan did a fantastic job of fencing in the sides of my house, to include building a gate on one side. If you need a good quality fence that looks great and is reasonably priced, look no further!
