Everything went well. However, the initial estimate did not cover the full deck, and I was asked to pay more. I authorized additional amount after I was told that there was not enough penofin oil for the entire deck. After work was resumed, I was told again that I would need to pay more for addition penofin oil again. I said, No! Despite my refusal to make the second additional payment, all work was completed professionally. I would hire again provided the initial estimate is accurate.

Gulf2Bay did an excellent job. Our roof was covered in moss & mold. After G2B completed their work, my roof looked new again. They did an excellent job power washing & cleaning our vinyl siding. They also cleaned our paver patio and composite wood deck. Both looked great. Several neighbors commented how great our house looked after G2B completed their work. It should be noted that they showed up promptly on the date scheduled and abided by the COVID recommendations.

Gulf2Bay Softwash did a very thorough and comprehensive cleaning of our house, windows, shed, deck, and windows. David was very knowledgeable and I appreciated the time he took to explain their process. Everything looks like it did when I first bought my house. The fascia and soffits are back to their original white.. The white woodwork accents are not longer covered in mold. The windows look like we just replaced them. Well worth every penny. Would definitely use them again.

The workers were fabulous. My patio looks better then when it was first built. The workers came on time- discussed the job with me- were extremely careful-cleaned up afterwards. I would use this company for any service they provide.
