Outstanding service! The only issues have been with Home Warranty Companies, nothing to do with Gulf Breeze Mechanical. Brian was the 3rd company sent out by the warranty company, he diagnosed and completed the repairs. Brian was professional, timely and courteous. I will definitely use them again.

Brian was fantastic! He installed our A/C unit and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the products, helping my husband and I make the right decision for our home. His expertise in A/C systems really showed, and we appreciated how well he communicated every step of the way. He was punctual, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. Any negative review on this Company is complete and total BS. Gulf Breeze Mechanical handles the HVAC maintenance on all of our properties, including our personal home. They have done so for the better part of a decade, and were out here today for a yearly checkup. Trustworthy, reliable, punctual, and great communication. Even fixed the fan motor while they were here, had the replacement part on his truck, and wasn't the reason of the service call. Also, note that I called them at 4:30 on 5/13 and they were here by 2:00 on the 15th! The Nay's appreciate your dedication and commitment.

Brian was able to diagnose the same problem as 2 other companies but unlike them he was honest abt my units needs and fixed the problem in less than e0 minutes rather lying it couldn't be repaired and then trying to commit me to a new system. Previous companies made me waste over a $1000 on window units and then waste more money on $400 a month electric bills so they wouldn't have to do a cheap repair. Suffice to say when I do need a new system, it will be this company that does it. They didn't try to scam me while two other companies did
