"We truly appreciate the member's patience during the time our company experienced not only a change in our main choice of window manufacturers, but also as we hired and trained new staff to handle our growing business. He is a valued customer and one we hope we have the pleasure of working with again."
"What seems to have been left out of this rather lengthy commentary - we were hired to install siding, and never agreed verbally or by contract to totally rebuild this customer's home. We were prepared to work as scheduled, but were not informed of the countless other contractors that would be on-site, often working in the same areas of the home, many that we could not communicate with due to a language barrier. A project that could have easily been completed in a very few days took over a week - truly not by our choice, and never by prior agreement. Our lead installer, Tank Epperson, has over 20-years of remodeling experience, but is over-qualified and far too costly to have dedicated to basic wood repair. Tank works out of our Mobile, AL office, and was on-site to move this project along faster - and was not on-site to construct a new home, or to assist other contractors hired by the homeowner. We could have removed our debris in a few pick-up truck loads, yet paid for a 30-yard dumpster to be moved to the site. Our dumpster was totally filled with debris from other work being done on-site - by other contractors. It was indeed disappointing to have dedicated so much time and effort, expend hundreds of dollars over what we had been contracted to do, only to have an unhappy customer when we clearly did not agree to the level of construction required to rebuild an entirely new home."
