Excellent! We were on a timeline with heavy rains coming and were leaving town. Jeff worked us into his schedule so we could leave with peace of mind. Got home to find no leakage, even after 2 storms. I will definitely call Jeff for other projects.

This small company does outstanding work. The skill level of owner Jeff Chevillet and his assistant Eddie when caulking and painting with trim brushes and rollers was outstanding and the quality of latex paint used was the best. They worked quickly and efficiently with little or no mess, used razor blades to remove any paint on windows and thoroughly cleaned up after the work was complete. They showed up on time and did what they said that they would do. The exterior repairs using 1 x 6, 2 x 6 and hardipanel was quality work done quickly. I highly recommend this company for like work.

Great, over came some problems with ease!

Work was completed except for replacing pool lanai gutter end caps. He said he would have to go to a distributor for that.

He had to come back out and do a couple of touches but those were done in a timely manner. He even came back out and installed a late purchased bathroom vanity for me.

Fantastic! I can't say enough good things about Jeff and Danny and the quality work and service they provided. Each one has been an outstanding example of how a relationship should be with a contractor. They cared for this property like it was their own....and it shows. They were prompt in communications, made great recommendations along the way, and managed the project from start to finish with honesty and integrity. My wife and I plan on doing more investments in Pensacola and we will exclusively be using Gulf Coast Home Improvement for our larger remodeling jobs.

Wonderful! Jeff kept me in the loop throughout the project (even texted me pictures of the progress). Everything was finished to my expectations.

They have done excellent work. It was quite a large project. They did get delayed a good month because they got pulled off to another job, but that was okay because no one was going to use it. <br /> <br /> They have done good work. I had to ask them to touch up a few things, but I don't think it was really their problem, it was more another contractor's problem.  <br /> <br /> Jeff has responded to text messages, emails, and telephone calls. I live in Michigan and the condo is in Florida so I couldn't as for a better contractor as far as a long distance relationship. He keeps me in the loop. He has taken a few pictures with his cellphone and texted them to me. I couldn't ask for more help there. The communication is just the star.  <br /> <br /> We are already talking about hiring him again for another project.
