It went very well. Joe came to our house and diagnosed the problem quickly and correctly; ordered the new part; and kept us informed while waiting for the part to arrive. Then set up an appt to come do the repair immediately. Nice job.

Our TV stopped working. We were scheduled for a service call very promptly. Technician performed troubleshooting at $75 for service call. Parts were ordered and repairs completed within very reasonable timeframe. Initial service call payment went toward total payment for parts and service. Cost of repair far below cost of replacing the TV. Excellent work.

All I want to do is press the button and have my remote work. The cable box never came on when I turned it on and the volume buttons stopped working. Noel came out and began to unravel prior programming. There were many ways to approach the problems and he spent a lot of time. My sound bar was part of the problem because of the way it was attached to the wall you could not even tell if it was on. He thought he resolved the problem, but the next day it was doing the same thing. Noel came back and spent a lot more time to resolve the problems. It now works properly. He did not charge me for the second visit even though he spent more time than the first visit.

The repair person put a cable wire in the proper place and that was it. He then said I probably needed a new board which would be $200. It also said it was not worth the money and I should buy a new TV. I already paid $70 for the service call. The TV is 10 years old. The problem did persist after he left. Today, 9-2-17, I called and spoke to one of your other recommended TV repair companies and they said a diagnostic should have been done before declaring I needed a new board.

"We received a phone call for a wiring issue. Customer told us to bring a HDMI cable. We went to his home. Hooked up his tv properly and tested and it worked fine. He asked if the tv breaks down in the future how much would it cost to fix. I said $200.00 dollars but if you have a 10 year old tv that is 42 inch's then you should replace it. It is not economical to repair. We only charged customer for the service call $70.00 What would you do different."

Very well. Mr. Jano was very punctual and very nice. He checked out the TV, got it working and even advised not to spend anymore money , even though I could with things he suggested, because of the age of the TV. Would recommend Mr. Jano and use him again.

Josef is a kind, reliable and honest professional. My Dad is 90 years old and has difficulty learning new appliances so I wanted to repair his TV rather than replace it. Parts were not available through Samsung (TV is too old). Josef did his best to find the necessary part through other sources, but the part was just not available. That didn't stop him from repairing the TV, he was able to repair the part rather than replace it. He offered a 90 day warranty (if the repair fails he will refund everything except the $50 service charge). Would definitely use him again.

Got TV back in a week. Great service, very flexible. Had option for them to pick up/deliver or for me to drop off/pick up TV. VERY reasonable price! Would definitely recommend to family, friends, or anyone who needs TV repair.
