I was very pleased with Gulf South Service Company. From my phone call to set up the appoint through completion of the appointment, they were professional and actually listened to my concerns. The technician was very competent with over 24 years experience. It did not take him long to really get to the root of the problem; a cracked internal condensate pan. He offered a several different options to fix the problem. I opted for the cheapest solution and he was more than happy to do the work.

They were great. I was having problems with my air conditioning unit staying cool this summer and then one day it just stopped working all together. I got bids from three other companies and a friend of mine told me about Gulf South Service Company. They do all the maintenance at a friend's condo association, about 25 units, and they love them. So I gave them a call and they were out that day to give me a price. Their knowledge about air conditioning was impressive. They showed me how much I could save on my A/C each year and found that the new unit would pay for itself. I decided to use them and my home was nice and cool by the time I got home from work. I would recommend them to anyone who needs air conditioning work or general maintenance.
