We called Gundersen Repair because our refrigerator wasn't cooling. He seemed like a good guy so while he was at our house we had him take a look at our washing machine because it wasn't draining. He charged us an additional $90 fee because it was 'another appliance'. It barely took him 5 minutes to have the machine run a self diagnostic. We were told the drain pump was bad and needed to be replaced. He came back a few days later with the new drain pump for installation. After completing the installation and another $200+ from me he indicated everything was good to go. The immediate loads done after his repair resulted in the same issue we had begun with...water left in the tub. We've called back about 6 times in the week since he was here to have him take another look to see what the issue is and complete the repair but he refuses to answer the calls or messages we've left for him. We have since found another review where he's apparently pulled the same thing with a 70+ year old lady. This guy seemed nice, but is apparently a con getting easy money doing the diagnostic and bad, or no, actual repair work. Steer clear of this company!

James was great, he arrived when he said, was very courteous and professional. I was going to buy a new dishwasher, but it turned out that it only needed a small part. He replaced it and got me up and going again.

Repair washing machine The technician James was extremely knowledgeable and informative about preventative actions I can take to minimize the likelihood of it happening again. Very reliable. Good work. Problem fixed. He even created a temporary fix while he ordered the part in. I would definitely recommend them.
