He is prompt, and fair I will not use anyone else ever. He did the plumbing for my 2 bathrooms and kitchen. He has also done work for my son in delaware. All equally great work. He has provided the toilets fixtures and pipes for each job.

Called Keith Gundy Saturday afternoon after kids' toilet got clogged, and we were unable to plunge it.  He was close by, and was at our house in 5 minutes.  After plunging, snaking and taking toilet apart he had it working again.  He recommended we replace the toilet with a better quality one,and gave us 2 recommendations of models.  Was sorry he couldn't get us a better deal on cost, but local home improvement stores had same price he could get.  He said he'd come back Monday morning to replace it-and worked around our schedules to fit us in.  We bought 1 of the toilets he'd recommended, and Monday he came and replaced it,and hauled other one away and left bathroom in good shape. He always does a good job, and is friendly and helpful  too.  We are definitely loyal customers. <br />

I have used Keith Gundy for our plumbing needs for several years and he's excellent. You won't find a nicer plumber and he's extremely professional and knowledgeable. Several weeks ago I called Keith because I noticed some moisture around our (very old) hot water heater and was concerned that it might be on its last legs. I scheduled Keith to come out a couple days later to replace it, and he was very thoughtful in saying that if the water tank conked out before he was scheduled to replace it, that I should call him, even if it was in the evening, and he would come out and replace it so that we would not be without hot water. Sure enough, that very evening we returned home to find water all over our basement floor. I called Keith and he was literally hauling a water heater into our house 10 minutes later despite the fact that it was 7:30pm. He was here until 9:30pm. Keith is just a terrific guy and I can't recommend him highly enough.

I spent about $147 on that service. Mr. Gundy came and did the work and he was fabulous. He got right to it and in fact he did three quick plumbing jobs while he was here. It was just him that came out and did the work.

I spent about $100 or $150 on that service.

Mr. Gundy was punctual and friendly. He was willing to be flexible with our timeframe (short window between countertop install and having to go out of town). He came well prepared for the job, having all the parts he needed with him in his van. His fee was more than reasonable for the amount of time he spent here. Everything he installed works wonderfully. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

It went great.

He fixed the faucet, he fixed the toilet and he fixed the water heater. He came the same day. It was very good to deal with him. His prices were reasonable.

We left a voicemail on Sunday and Keith arrived on Monday. All repairs taken care of by Monday evening. Quality work.

Valve was leaking-about one bucket over 8 hours. I called seller of fridge I was concerned that the leak might be worse. They said to call a plumber and then call them after it was fixed since original work was guaranteed for one year. I called plumber Friday. He was scheduled for Monday. I was able to stop the leak by taking disconnecting the old valve and placing a rubber patch over the valve whole with a clamp. It held until plumber could fix it. Plumber said he would be here between 10 and 11 a.m. He arrived 5 minutes early!

Keith called me back immediately and came out to repair the gasket that did not pass inspection in a house I was selling. He was efficient and professional, and a good person to talk to!!

Keith is our regular plumber and as always is professional, neat and technically proficient.

Keith made a unexpected nightmare not seem so bad. He was great about staying until he was done, careful about our fixtures, concerned with our expenses and reassuring us all the way.

He was very nice. He arrived on time to do the work. He kept me informed. He did everything that he was supposed to do. He was very nice. I thought that his price was reasonable. He gave me an estimate.

Owner called night before to confirm his arrival, arrived on time. Discussed our "issues" and told us what he was going to do about each. He did what he said he'd do, and was concerned about making sure the problems were solved. Referred us to a company to repair glass shower door since that was not something he does.

Great job on all items. Would definitely recommend him for any plumbing work.

I FOUND HIM POLITE, ON TIME, CALLED BACK WITH A DAY, WORK WAS DONE WELL. ONLY NEGATIVE WAS, HE DIDN'T HAVE THE RIGHT TOOLS & SPENT A LOT OF TIME GOING TO FIND THEM.

IT WAS PERFECT WORK! THEY CLEANED UP SO WELL THAT YOU COULDN'T EVEN TELL THAT THEY WERE THERE. IT WAS A WONDERFUL, PERFECT JOB. WE WERE ABLE TO LEAVE A KEY AND THEY DID THE WORK WHILE WE WERE AT WORK. THE PRICE INCLUDES ALL THE LABOR, SOME PARTS, AND THE NEW GARBAGE DISPOSAL.

EXTREMELY NEAT, CONSCIENTIOUS, AND PROFESSIONAL.

I HAVE A HIGH LEVEL OF TRUST WITH THE OWNER WHO IS ALSO THE GUY THAT DOES THE WORK.

FOUND PROBLEM RIGH AWAY AND I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE BILL. HE WAS HERE OVER AN HOUR, AND THERE WAS NO TRIP CHARGE.
