Eventually he did give me the deposit back, but I went through a couple of months of just pure agony with this. This was in the summer of 2007 (June - September).

We were having a leak, I called Weatherguard to come out to rip off and replace my roof. About 9 months afterwards, the roof started to leak in the same place. I have attempted to call them many times and have not received a response yet.

The price was very reasonable. Installation was excellent. The windows are of excellent quality. The installers were very professional. I appreciate the company's responsiveness, customer service and follow up.

I had several estimates, their was the one of the lowest, but that is not the main reason I went with them. I researched online and spoke with several people who had gotten new windows. The represenative, measurer and installer were all on time. They were nice,patient(they answered any questions or concerns that I had. The installers did a pretty good job of cleaning up.

A very professional job. Salesperson was late for estimate appointment, but resceduled and was on time the next day. Installers were both competent and professional. We have received many compliments on the appearance of the house after the siding was installed.

The crew did a fantastic job, took a great deal of pride in their craft, and did things so that the house was not just an ordinary siding and trim job. This was not an easy job with many angles and a lot of trim work covering the entire house. The President of the company was very professional and took a lot of time to answer all of our questions before and after we chose them. The crew was also very professional and took the time to answer any questions during the project. The cost was set prior to the start of the job (there were no extra expenses of any kind.) Weatherguard seemed to go over and above to insure that everything was taken care of in the manner we wanted. While there were a few issues (water leaks during the install due to rain, paint spill in the driveway, torn screens when old siding was removed), the crew and company were very quick and responsive to resolve everything that came up. There were no hassles. The overall experience from start to finish was outstanding.

The workmen were prompt, answered any questions I asked and worked through unbearable temperatures which at times reached 95 degrees and on some days worked through scattered showers. They were here everyday and actually started when they promised and finished on time. The roof looks great. The cleanup was unbelievable. I truly did not think service like this still exist. My report maybe a little unbelievable and if I didn't experience it first hand I probably would be reluctant also but I was fortunate to have had the work done for me. Thank you, thank you. I will continue to use you list for further projects and I have recommended the list to my friends. It has been a pleasure doing business with you and Weather Guard.

The crew did a fantastic job and I'm very happy with their work. The weather (January) wasn't very cooperative, but they worked reasonably through it. They obviously took a great deal of pride in their craft. This was a tough job with a lot of angles and railings to work around. I give a B on price, only because $14,900 is a lot of money and I didn't expect such a price; however, Weatherguard was actually not the highest priced company I talked to and the price was set before the job (i.e., there were no extra expenses that popped up), so I knew what I was getting into before the project started. That said, I'll give an A to overall value, because it was worth it and they did such a professional job.

THE ACTUAL WINDOWS LOOK NICE & ARE EASY TO CLEAN. SOME OF OUR WINDOWS DON'T LOCK EASILY OR ARE MORE DIFFICULT TO CLOSE THAN OTHERS, & THE LACK OF CONSISTENCY BOTHERS ME.

THE INSTALLATION CREW WAS HIGHLY SKILLED, PROMPT, AND FAST. THE WHOLE JOB WAS DONE IN 3 DAYS. THE CREW HAD EXCELLENT CLEAN-UP. WEATHERGUARD ALSO REPLACED ALL OUR WINDOWS, ENTRY DOOR AND DID AN AWESOME JOB ON NEW VINYL SIDING. THEY GAVE US A BIG DISCOUNT FOR AWARDING ALL 4 JOBS TO THEM. WE GOT AT LEAST 4 BIDS FOR EACH JOB, SO I TALKED WITH LOTS OF COMPANIES, AND I STRONGLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE GET A BID FROM WEATHERGUARD BEFORE HAVING ANY WORK DONE BY ANY OTHER COMPANY.

WEATHERGUARD PUT THEIR MOST HIGHLY SKILLED INSTALLATION CREW ON OUR PROJECT BECAUSE OF THE SPECIAL CHALLENGES OUR HOUSE PRESENTED. NOT ONLY DOES OUR HOUSE HAVE NUMEROUS ANGLES THEY HAD TO DEAL WITH, BUT THE CEDAR SIDING WAS SO CUPPED AND WARPED WITH AGE (33 YEARS) THAT THE SIDING WOULD HAVE GONE ON ALL CURVY IF THEY HADN'T BEEN AS EXPERT AND CAREFUL. WEATHERGUARD ALSO DID OUR ROOF/GUTTERS, WINDOWS, AND ENTRY DOOR. THE FINISHED PRODUCT LOOKS AWESOME, AND WE'VE GOTTEN LOTS OF COMPLIMENTS. THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE THEY TOOK THE MOST TIME TO ANSWER OUR QUESTIONS AND EXPLAIN THE PARTICULARS OF THE JOB. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND ANYBODY HAVING THIS KIND OF WORK DONE SHOULD GET A BID FROM WEATHERGUARD. WE COULDN'T BE MORE PLEASED.

WE GOT SEVERAL OTHER BIDS, AND WEATHERGUARD WAS NOT ONLY THE LOWEST, BUT THEY HAD THE HIGHEST QUALITY WINDOWS, AND THEY SPENT THE MOST TIME ANSWERING OUR QUESTIONS AND MAKING SURE THEY UNDERSTOOD EVERYTHING WE WANTED THEM TO BID. THE INSTALLATION CREW WAS VERY SKILLED, AND THEY CLEANED UP EXTREMELY WELL.

ALWAYS ARRIVED ON TIME AND WITH ADEQUATE STAFFING. ROOFERS WERE LAZY WITH MY SATELLITE DISH, WHICH REQUIRED REPAIR BY DIRECTV, BUT WEATHERGUARD PAID FOR IT. LACK OF GUTTER FLASHING PUT ON THE UPPER ROOF RESULTED IN A HUGE LEAK, BUT WEATHERGUARD WAS VERY RESPONSIVE AND DID THEIR BEST TO FIX. TOOK FIVE TRIES TO FIND IT, BUT FINALLY GOT THE RIGHT GUY TO FIND THE PROBLEM, AND WAS FIXED THAT SAME DAY. WEATHERGUARD CAME BACK LATER TO REPAIR MY KITCHEN CEILING, AT NO COST. DESPITE THE SMALL ISSUES, OVERALL VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICE AND RESPONSIVENESS, AND MY NEW ROOF LOOKS GREAT!

THE WORKMEN WERE ARTISTS AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON THE SIDING. THE WINDOW INSTALLERS DID AN EXCELLENT, PRECISE JOB. THE FOREMAN OF THE ROOFING CREW MADE SURE THAT EVERY DETAIL WAS TAKEN CARE OF.

COMPANY DID A GOOD JOB WITH PRICING AND INSTALLATION. THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY AT THE JOB SIGHT. ATTENTION TO DETAIL IN ROOFING AND CLEAN-UP WAS NOT VERY GOOD, LOTS OF NAILS FOUND ON GROUND AND ON ROOF. THEY STILL HAVE AN OUTSTANDING ISSUE 2 MONTHS AFTER JOB WAS COMPLETED. NEVER FOLLOWED UP ON OUTSTANDING ISSUE. LACK OF CLEAN-UP ON A DAILY BASIS LED TO HOMEOWNER ISSUE THAT I HAD TO TAKE CARE OF.
