Scheduling was a nightmare. I was give one date and no one showed up, then another date and no one showed up, then a last date and they showed up before the last date. Once they got here they started working and when I asked them to remove a board to adjust the attachment of the brackets and to grind the stumps they left flush, they started giving me an attitude saying I was being stupid. They eventually did what I asked, but only after I got a temper. Lastly, these guys had the audacity to say that they didn't cause the damage seen in the images attached, but it's pretty clear that the trim got ripped out because they didn't want to remove the screws that were attaching the deck to the side of the house. All that AND these guys left the spent cement and waste wood in my yard for me to deal with. I should have gone with someone else. Save your money and get another contractor.

Gutter Masters did a great job replacing the damaged gutter and fascia board above our garage door. The damage was very noticeable from the street. The house looks so much better and multiple neighbors have commented on the quality of the work.

Gutter Masters did a great job. Paul Dye came out in the rain to access my issues and provided a quote. I compared the quote to a few other companies and it was the most competitive. We scheduled and his incredible team came out to complete the job to our satisfaction. The process was smooth, hassle free and efficient. We will add them to our service provider list and recommend him to other homeowners.

The job was supposed to be taken care of in one day. It ended up taking 4 days after we requested that the job be done correctly. Work crew was supposed to arrive at 9:00 and did not show up until 11:00. We asked the crew to repair the few items that we discussed with the owner and they did not know about it. They “finished” the job and that evening we were able to see out the our upstairs bedroom window that sections of the leaf guard were not there and a section was not attached. We called and the crew was to show up first thing in the morning. When they showed up at 3:30 my husband requested photos of all the gutters from the roof to make sure it was all done completely. There was a full section of the back of our house where there was no leaf guard attached at all. They also did not have enough wood for the trim and not enough leaf guard to repair that day. It was finally done and done well 4 days later, but it took a lot of follow up and double checking. The foreman was very apologetic, but I was upset that it took us finding an small error and we would have not even known about the large section of leaf guard that was not installed.
