Gutter Pros is a gutter repair, replacement and installation contractor based out of Wake Forest, North Carolina and serving the surrounding area. We specialize in the manufacture and installation of beautiful new seamless gutter systems and gutter leaf protection systems for both residential and commercial clients. Our gutters are measured and manufactured right on-site so we can ensure the perfect fit for your home or building. Our seamless gutters are available in a variety of materials including galvanized, steel, aluminum, and copper. The initial consult was wonderful, and I was convinced that the company would do a quality job. The tech told me that my chimney was improperly flashed and described carefully how it should be done, and he specifically discussed a 2-ft seal around each of my skylights and described necessary repairs to the underlying sheathing. More than six weeks later, a subcontracted company came to replace the roof, and none of this happened as described. Later, when I discussed the sub-standard chimney flashing with the same tech, he shrugged and described it as 'beautiful.' I got a call six weeks after the roof install providing a 12-hr notice for the work on the fascia and gutters. Upon arrival, the tech described the extent of the fascia repair; upon departure, he had not followed through. Gutter installation was generally decent except for a) issues noted in the attached photos and b) failure to install a final downspout. The tech needed some spare shingles for the final downspout and promised to return the next day. I followed up with two phone calls and an email, and yet have not heard from Gutter Cleaning Pros since (two months have elapsed). All-in-all, it's been five months since the initial consult and the work is not completed -- though I have given up on attempts to contact the company. In general, I noticed a consistent tendency to over-promise and under-deliver, as well as extreme delays in scheduling and failures in communication. I would not work with this company again.

Thought it went well, however, just found out that they didn't install the guards on the front of house like we paid for them to do. We were gone when they installed them and wondere why the gutters were overflowing. My husband is NOT suppose to get on ladders but decided to check a week or so ago. NO GUARDS. I previously reviewed them saying they left debris in the yard. Now, we are attempting to get this issue resolved.

"I'm absolutely positive you must have the wrong company. We ALWAYS do a complete cleanup and would never dream of behaving in the manner your review suggests. We did however send you an estimate one year ago (Estimate # 5076), we performed the gutter cleaning and received payment in full within our 5 day grace period. (You sent check # 7807). Hopefully this will jog your memory, we have no record of any communications with you since June of 2015."
