The experience I had with Gutters and More was good. We had no problem with them. We've used them before, and we wouldn't have called them back if they had been bad. They were very courteous. They cleaned up everything they got out of the gutters and got rid of it. They didn't just leave it there. They did a good job.

starting job was delayed untiI I became impatient and said to go ahead and do the work without a contract.. The gutters were replaced, in some cases over rotten fascia boards. Some of the painting was done. There was a hole about two inches in diameter over which he installed new gutters. I told him this was shoddy work. I have a picture if you want it.. <br /> after repeated phone calls he returned to finish some of the work. the hole was still there. I gave up. <br /> after getting some flack frm my family for letting this happen, I called around the end of summer 2012. he finally came back a couple of months later. when I saw him I old him what work I wanted finished. he said ok. when I got home fromwork the hole had been fixed by inserting some new board behind it. the other things he hae agreed to do--expecially painting around the garage doors-- was not done. I got tired of the whle thing and let it drop. <br />

It was excellent. It was very professional.

From first phone call to install 2.5 days. Workers were punctual, professional, answered all my questions and problem solved to correct 2 errors in previous installation. Price was reasonable and job was completed in 2 hours including working around another work crew in their area completing a separate job. Would definitely recommend and rehire them again for other jobs. <br />

They responded to my request for an estimate right away. They cleaned my gutters, replaced my gutter leaf guards, and removed and replaced a section of gutter and the attached downspout.They worked efficiently and did a great job. I was very pleased with the value I received and the workmanship and professionalism of the crew

Very Good. Charlie is a great guy and was there to answer any questions we had. He spoke to the insurance company to take care of any questions that they had.

Charles and another man arrived two hours late--they never called me, rather I called them twice that morning to find out where they were. The first time, they said they were on their way and would be at my house in 15 minutes. They didn't arrive for another 1.5 hrs. When they arrived, they said they were on their way when they went back to their business and get rain coats. This was the morning before Hurricane Irene was to hit Connecticut and it was raining on and off. At the time, I was relieved that I was having the work done before the storm was to hit, since I knew the gutters desperately needed to be cleaned out. As it turned out, I'm not sure it mattered much, because of the quality of their work. <br /> <br /> They did clean out my gutters, but not my downspouts. Basically, they dragged my hose up on the roof (a 2 story house) and flushed the gutters...into the downspouts, where else? I believe they did have to manually do some of the clean out and I have Waterfall vinyl gutter guards on my gutters that they had to deal with and which Charles complained about. I haven't had the gutters cleaned in several years and I knew that birds had dislodged the covers and nested in several place. After the guys left, I found one gutter bracket on the ground in the backyard (I can't see where it came from), and in another spot, I can see a cover connector clip (connecting two length of gutter cover) wasn't reattached to the gutter. <br /> <br /> After Irene hit, I was inspecting around my yard and found that a large shrub next to the house was starting to pull out of the ground. That's when I found that the downspout at that corner of the house was packed with about a foot of debris. This wasn't from the storm, this was from them cleaning the gutters but not bothering with the downspouts. I couldn't believe it. Where did they think all that debris was going? They didn't even check the downspouts. It took me about 15 minutes with several make-shift tools (finally a bent wire-hanger worked best) to get it all out. I think the packed downspout contributed to the damage to the shrub (it'll live) because the ground there next to the downspout spot got so saturated. <br /> <br /> I can't recommend them. When someone works on your house, you want to them to treat it like it's their own, like they care. I have to say I was very disappointed at how it went, since they had such good grades in Angie's List. <br /> <br />

They were wonderful. They spent a lot of time explaining stuff before they did anything. The gutters look very nice. He came when he was supposed to. Everything has been fine ever since. They are very dependable and they do what they say they are going to do. We would absolutely use them again.

They were running a little late, but called to let me know, so it was no problem. They were very professional, worked hard until the job was done, were very neat and clean, and went above and beyond by painting not just the soffit but the surrounding area, and cleaning out the gutters. They also added aluminum to the roof overhang so that water will not leak into the soffit from what was apparently a poor roofing job done years ago. The result was beautiful, and the price was right. They did a fantastic job. I would definitely hire them again,

I was most impressed with their punctuality. They showed up the very next day, after answering the phone when I called and giving me an immediate response. They did a good job of not only cleaning the snow and ice off, but clearing it from the driveway/porch as well. I didn't get all the snow cleared off--the ice was the primary concern because I was having water issues with the ice dam--but the problem cleared up once they were done. I think the price was fair. I didn't have the luxury of time to shop around, but in talking to people who had similar work with other companies, it seemed a little on the high side. However, to me the speed of their response balanced it out. I also never received a bill, this was all done over the phone, which made me a little nervous in sending in payment. However, there were no issues on that front. I would quite likely use them again, or at least consult them, when having any more work done on the house!

At the time that service was perform, there was a frenzy to remove accumulated snow from rooftops. Consequently, the demand for such services may resulted in a longer than response rate between service retention and snow removal from roofs. Emergency situations where water was entering houses take preference.to just snow removal.from roofs. Overall, the snow was removed from my roof along with ice-dams. The work was done in a timely manner.

He responded quickly to my call, showed up when he said he would. Performed the work as promised and added my extensions to the scope of work with no problems. I would use him again and would recommend to friends or family.
