He had to replace a certain amount of gutters to meet his minimum charge, which I did. Even after this, the ceiling on my porch is still leaking. I have emailed and called with no response.

The installers arrived at the time I was told they would, the work was started and it took approx six hours to complete. After installation all loose items, trimmings, screws etc. were picked up. There were no problems in the installation.
