Best job I ever hired out!  Dave was always available by phone, so we were able to schedule with ease. <br /> Since all the work was done outside, I didn't have to leave work to have the work done. Dave did the job on the schedule he set for me despite some iffy weather. <br />

They installed the on all the gutters. They were on time, very efficient. <br />

I was very satisfied with them. They were quick and didn't leave things around.

Promptly called and came out to see what we wanted done.  Scheduled prompt appointment for work crew to come and do the work.  Work crew arrived on time and were very professional.  They went over what was to be done and then promptly proceeded to do the work.  They were very polite and knowledgeable.  When they were done they asked for us to check their work and see if we were satisfied.  We had one area of concern, which they politely and readily addressed.

Things did not go well. The company had to tear out the old gutters, he did so with a crow bar. This bent the fascia in. When the job was done I saw that the fascia was damaged. I asked him about it and he said that it was part of removing the gutters. He did offer to come back and fix it on Saturday. He did fix it but I don't think that it is 100%. The gutters look good, I just think some of the craftsmanship in the work was lacking! On the phone they were friendly and they came out when they said they would.

<p>It took a while before Dave called me to arrange an estimate but it is no big deal since I had time and was in no hurry.  He did not meet with me when he went to the house to measure and give an estimate as I had requested.  This too is no big deal, just disappointing he didn't do as requested.  The estimate took 5 days from the day I ordered from Angie's List.</p> <p>The day of install was 5 days from the estimate date.  </p> <p>The installation was not acceptable and Dave was notified of this.  He was very cooperative in making arrangements to correct any issues we had.  Corrections were done to our satisfaction within a few days.  </p> <p>We are happy with the final results and would recommend Gutter Works.</p> <br />

I wrote a previous review on 3/10/15.  <br /> In that review I stated that damage was done to my gutters during the guard install, but that Mr. Kotran acknowledged the damage happened and said they would replace the gutters for me once the weather cleared up.  <br /> It is now September 4th and my gutters have not been replaced. The last communication I had with Mr. Kotran was on May 28th. It was via email. Always have a paper trail of communication. He said they hadn't had any work in my area but would make a special trip. <br /> Since then, I have sent him 3 other emails, none of which have received a response. <br /> In the second of these 3, I made it very clear that if he did not contact me that I would be updating this review, contacting the Better Business Bureau, and filing with Small Claims Court.  <br /> The claim will be filed next week, as will the communication with the BBB. Gutter Works is not a member of the BBB, but complaints can still be filed and are available for public review. <br /> It is simply unacceptable to not even respond to a customer and not expect this as an end result. <br /> I'm glad others have had successful outcomes with this company, but I obviously have not and I can not recommend them at all. Hopefully whoever I hire to fix this damage will be more reliable.

Keeps the leaves out but nothing else which gets stuck in the gutters. I called him to let him know but he never comes as he said he would. I should have been informed it didn't keep out the seedlings.

They got the job done. I kind of had to point out a few things that weren't done quite right and they were good enough to fix it without any problem. My only concern is like some of the gutters they put on unfortunately while they were still there it started raining and I could see that the gutters were leaking at the corners.

It went O.K. - maybe it was the end of the day but contractor seemed in a big hurry or wasn't too happy with the job.  I don't really know what his problem was. <br />

My experience with them went good. They did a good job. They didn't leave a mess. They were busy, so it took a little while to get me on the schedule, but once they got me on the schedule, they showed up on time. I recommend them to others. They're very professional.

It was a pleasure to work with Dave - he is a true professional and made sure all our expectations were met. There work efforts and product were high quality. We will work with Dave again for any of our gutter needs. <br />

David was very nice and respond quickly after purchasing deal on Angie list. Through our conversation he realized I did not want gutter guard but gutter installed and did a great job for the same price as the gaurd. THANK YOU. <br />

It was awesome. He was early and worked professionally I wish there were more people like him in the various repair professions.  He did all he agreed and was honest which I loved the most. <br />

he came out and gave me an estimate and then charged me more on the final bill. He did a good job and I would use him again <br />
