GVT Home Improvement George is a scam artist, has no contractors license, no business address. Unknown to me my wife stupidly paid $780.00 deposit to arrange work on oral promise by George, without even receiving any written contract. This in clear violation of California Contractor State License Board (CSLB) laws. George cashed check immediately. George keeps promising her to start the shower replacements work, but has never shown up to start the work. We are now reporting this scam to CSLB.
