Projected estimate changed from $240 to $300 with no reason for the larger amount. I was in need of this to be completed for security reason so I agreed to the used price. Sadly The completion was to be 7-10 days and this was not acceptable but once again to try to get someone else would be time consuming .

The guy came and took the measurements of the window and told me that it will take 5 days for the glass to come. Later he gave me a date when the glass will arrive and when he can install it. After that, cricket. Never returned my calls or texts and never came for the glass installation. Eventually I had to hire another contractor. Wasted ten days because of G.W.B. Contacting.

I was contacted within minutes of requesting assistance through Home Advisor. My broken window and damaged screen were removed the next day, and repaired with one week. I'm very pleased with the service and strongly recommend G.W.B Contracting, Inc.

Two minutes after placing the request on HomeAdvisor I received a call from Gary on a Sunday. Made an appointment for Monday morning to evaluate and measure the broken patio glass door, replaced the broken glass and was on his way. Gary is very customer oriented and an all around pleasure to deal with. I will use his services again in the future and highly recommend this company.

I received a telephone call within 1 minute after submitting request via app and they completed the repair of my window in less than 24 hours from 1st contact.

Gary was a very nice guy but it took me many phone calls to get him to the job and he was slow in following up. He did, however, ask to stop by and pick up his check as soon as he completed the work...even before I could inspect.

The price and quality of work was great. My only problem was two days after the job was done I find broken glass in my yard where my dogs could easily step on or heaven forbid try to eat. Installer made no mention about possible glass fragments in my yard. I had assumed he would put a tarp down or something to catch any potential glass but I guess that was not the case. Again the quality and price were great but the mess left behind was very disappointing.
