Initial payment for supplies was made, service provider so "no issues, we can do this" They began the work however the studs were in place and half of the roof was left undone. They came back out a few days later (due to rain) and completed the job. <br /> Two weeks later I had to call them because we had a small wind, rain come through as we do in East Texas, and we found out that every piece of the roof was only nailed down on one side. They resolved that issue without using any type of sealant. Only screws to put in place and bolt down to the 2x8's. <br /> The job was not proper , there was small peices of wood used for bracing under the 4x4s they said they would be back to replace. It is has almost 3 months and no offer to come back to replace their "pieces" of wood that they had holding up the 4x4's and now the entire porch roof decking is leaning and if you just touch one of the base arms for the roof it leans. Every time a wind gust comes through you can hear the "wood creak" because the nails holding the beams in place was not braced. There is nothing holding the roof on other than a few nails. <br /> I paid them for additional services to fix the roof which have never been preformed and I expect never will be. We have made multiple attempts to contact the company owner Patricia Richardson and she ignores all contact request. <br /> My fear is that this roof is going to fall one day / night while myself or my family is on the porch or my 10 year old son. And now I face hiring another company to come and completely fix the issues that we have. <br />

After she did such a great job with my taxes and she told me she had a cleaning company I booked her to come organize shampoo all 5 rooms and haul off items i no longer needed. it was then that i seen how well she worked i hired her to clean my home 2 times a week. The lady and her crew are detail workers and very professional. I never seen an owner come out and get in the middle of cleaning and get dirty but Trish does, thank you Trish for not thinking you are better than your crew and working right along side of them! <br />

It went wonderful. I didn't think I would see the owner come out and work along side her workers but she got right down and did just as much work. I am very impressed, they moved my furniture and cleaned behind it. Scrubbed my bathrooms spotless they just made the whole house look great! I have hired them to come back weekly to keep my home up and I suggest others to do the same. <br />

About two weeks ago I had called this company and spoke to a lady on the phone. I had told her that I needed help getting my home in order and that I needed it done quickly. She assured me that she would have someone out to look at my home that afternoon. Around 2pm they came out and I had shown them what I wanted done and she gave me a price with discounts. The next day a crew of 4 came out early that morning and they washed my walls, cleaned my carpets, cleaned out my cabinets, my bathrooms, floors and windows. The house looks wonderful and I have signed a contract with this company to clean my home once a week for a very low rate. Everyone was very nice, they all worked together and made sure they helped one another. All my ceiling fans were cleaned, base boards and door facings. I have a 3 bedroom home and what they did for the amount it cost me is amazing! <br />

It went wonderful, now I have a home I can call a home. it may not stay clean all week but when she gets here the home is clean to the max, and it is only because she makes sure of it. when she began to see me hoarding again, she put it a stop to it kindly. so I have been good, and found a friend in her that keeps me from doing so. She calls me often to make sure I am doing well, and keeping out of the stores to pile up again. Thank you Trish for caring! <br />

Quoted $2600 to clean one home and portable building, move items from another home and then clean it. Paid $1300 check plus $300 cash for them to start. They did not clean the portable building, citing spiders. Offered to spray, never did. Demanded a final balance of $1700, of which I paid $700 check and $1000 cash. Wanted another $700 to finish. <br /> Did not follow directions on cleaning the first home. Threw away mail, porcelain figures, brand new CD's still in shrink wrap, other items that were clearly not trash. Justification when I complained was that it couldn't have mattered that much based on the age. I didn't hire them to make judgement calls. <br /> Dumped personal belongings off of furniture onto the floor from home I was moving out of. Moved only the furniture, left a pile two feet high in every room of antiques, heirlooms, porcelain dolls, books, everything. Demanded another $700 to finish moving my things, which I did not pay. Am missing refrigerator handles, bolts for the headboard, and jewelry. Will not return phone calls regarding any of this. Kept keys to the rental home and my storage locker. <br /> Took items they said they would sell, including a sofa, two recliners, electric bed, and washer/dryer, plus clothes and small appliances. I highly doubt they will follow through on paying me for these items. Agreed to sell one sofa that they left on the curb for trash pickup. Despite this, I had paid them $300 for dumping. <br /> I'm a disabled veteran, and am in considerable pain after spending six days cleaning up their mess. I had to go to the VA for a shot because the pain was so bad I could barely walk. <br />

I had placed an ad, seeking a company who cleans carpets. Ms. Richardson contacted me within 2 hours of my ad being placed. Ms. Richardson stated that she owns a few companies, a tax service, a construction service, a cleaning service and a carpet cleaning service. Ms.Richardson also stated that she was a member of Angie's List. I spoke with Ms. Richardson for over an hour, over the phone. Ms. Richardson was very polite and displayed great communication skills. Ms. Richardson and I agreed up on a date a1 week or so, before Thanksgiving to clean my carpets. When Ms. Richardson arrived at my home, she cleaned my carpets and was very nice. I was very happy with her service. Ms. Richardson made several comments about how my carpet really wasn't that dirty, compared to most of the other people's carpet she has cleaned. On 01/18/13, I contacted Ms. Richardson to ask if she could come out on the 01/19/13 to clean my carpets because I was hosting a birthday party ,01/20/13. Ms. Richardson agreed. Ms. Richardson arrived at my home, with another female helper, to clean my carpets on 01/19/13. Ms. Richardson told me that she had a new cleaning agent to clean my carpets with and she thought I would love the results. Ms. Richardson did not test this cleaning agent on my carpet before starting the cleaning process. (my carpets are super light) Ms. Richardson began to clean my carpets. Ms. Richardson herself, noticed that my carpet was turning purple pointed that fact out to me. She said that my carpet must have had a reaction to the cleaning agent. The purple patches started out near my front door. As they carpet began to dry, purple patches as large as my hand and bigger, began to cover both rooms of carpet that she did. Ms. Richardson was super sorry. She said she would make my carpet right. Ms. Richardson suggested that we wait for the carpet to totally dry, so we could measure the full damage. After a few days, I spoke with Ms. Richardson and informed her that the carpet was still covered in purple patches. We spoke about avenues we wanted to take to correct this issue. Ms. Richardson mention dying the carpet. My husband I did not want to dye the carpet because It be a different color from the the rest of the carpet in the house. Our carpet is only year old. We decided that we did not want fake wood flooring because we love our carpet and fake wood flooring is much cheaper than carpet. We just want what we had when we started. No more. No less. Ms. Richardson told me to go pick out what we wanted and she would pay with her credit card, I spoke with Ms. Richardson today to let her know that I would have all the estimates ready for her, and she informed me that she was willing to pay only $500!! approx. 610 sq ft of light color that is less than 1 year old, for $500!! This can't be done. I actually picked carpet that was cheaper than the carpet that we have in our home. She said if I want her to pay more, I would have to take her to court. this has been a complete nightmare!!!! All I want is my carpet replaced. :( Like I told her, she could pick from any of the estimates that I give her. The money never has to touch my hands! She pay the carpet people herself. I just want my carpet back to the way it was. <br /> This has been a really stressful process. She won't even give my money back that she charged me to clean my carpets!! <br />

I am very happy with the painting, floors and the clean up. I have signed a contract with GWH to do my weekly cleaning. I have really made the right choice, because this company out does themselves! <br />

Trish and her employees are such hard workers. In the heat of the day they were outside pulling weeds and not letting up until the job was finished. They made everything to absolute perfection and were not going to stop until I was 100% satisfied. Now my yard is beautiful and I am proud for people to see it!

It went very well. She and her assisant were right on time, they walk in, look around a bit to get ideal what they were about to. First visit Ms Trish will ask you a lot of question to make sure she get the job done right (like where do you want the dish and clothes when done ect) Her assisant clean my bathroom and bedroom like I never seen before. And MS Trish is fast and detailed as she works, she very good at multitasking. She also educated me on cleaning products what best for my home, and also show me another products of their work since they do yards and home improvement work. Her prices are reasonable and she able to break down real easie.

Trish out done herself, and the employees she has are outstanding dedicated workers to her. I will pass the word on for her company because the outcome is more than I expected with such a cheap rate. I had called Ms. Trish on the phone and asked her if she would come out and give me a price on getting the inside and out of my home painted, but that I was going to wait until june for the outside. When she came in she walked through the whole house and told me what I would need and gave me a great discount after already having one other company out for prices, and talking to several on the phone. She already knew how bad my walls were, but I had asked her to come and she went over everything. When we spoke she was already in progess of a big project some where in Arkansas, but she had a crew out to my home the next day to begin my inside. It only took one day, and she picked out the most lovely colors for my walls. After the painters were done, her cleaning people came in and they cleaned my home again, and redid my windows. This lady really takes pride in the services she offers her clients, and I am greatful to have found her.

Trish was amazing. I called from out of town because my sister 'n law had just moved into a place with her daughter and was in need of some serious help. I live in Virginia and was unable to be there. I called GWH and Trish took care of everything. The place I had already heard was in very bad shape. She let me know the condition of the place (which was horrible), what needed to be done, and how much it was going to cost. The work was done quickly and very well. She scrubbed the place clean, painted, removed old carpet and put in new, cleaned the upholstery on the couches, and is going back to help out with the yard at no cost to us. It literally went from a place my sister dreaded, to a place she could feel comfortable living in and her daughter wouldn't suffer with allergies in. I couldn't have asked for more. She truly is a blessing and works very hard to make the customer happy on all possible levels. Thank you GWH!!!!
