They never showed up at the storage unit as I had booked, so I was forced to pack what I could in my vehicle. So they showed up at the house. When I asked for a reduced price, I was told they were giving me packing tape and wrapping for free, when in actuality, I had all that stuff because they never showed up, which forced me to go buy that stuff. When I booked them, they stated that those items were included in the price.
