Todd and his team are professionals. They were very thorough and progressed through multiple steps of rodding and jetting before finally having to dig in the yard to add a cleanout to resolve my sewer issue. The entire team was contentious and intent at every step. Unfortunately, my 60+-year-old pipes needed a bit more than could be managed from inside the house. Not only were they professional and aggressive in resolving the issue, but they were also very responsive to our urgent needs and showed up when they said they would for every visit. Great guys and fair pricing...highly recommended

Incredibly disappointed! Todd at H2O Plumbing came to our home last week because a pre-sale home inspection revealed a leak in our indoor spa. The attitude was surly and unprofessional. We might have overlooked that but the level of service was even worse. With our approval they opened up the tile around the tub and told us that we had to purchase a replacement faucet and they would charge us an additional $650 to replace it. On top of that, they charged $150 for diagnosing the issue, and this was not going to go toward the repair (which is common practice). We would also be responsible for the repairs to the tile. We became suspicious and got a lot of feedback on NextDoor that this was not a reasonable amount to charge. After a friend recommended Sandman Plumbing, we called Tom and had a REAL professional come over and do an assessment. He was able to immediately tell that the hot water handle in the faucet was leaking. So H2O Plumbing was going to charge us $800, plus the $300 for a faucet totaling $1100. The entire fix with Tom at Sandman Plumbing cost $250 for a replacement faucet cartridge. The tile that was torn apart in my bathroom by H2O was unnecessary. So now we have to pay for tile repairs. In the process of our home sale we have been dealing with many fine contractors and it is a shame that H20 gives tradesmen a bad name

I would use H2O again. Price was reasonable and it has been 2 weeks and my sink doesn’t back up so the work was great. Good quality work! Only issue I had was the timing. The techs didn’t show up as scheduled so I called and left a voicemail. They called right back but still ended up coming 2 hours after the scheduled time. It wasn’t a deal breaker since I had no other obligations that morning. Other than punctuality, they were great!

The 2 plumbers were on time, neat and careful around the house....repairs were made quickly and friendly...have already used them again for another repair

It went fine. It just took him an hour to complete the job. Nice person.

I called "H20 Plumbing and Sewer Services" on a Wednesday to get an estimate on a job and Scott and Mike came out. I had a pipe that rusted through and was leaking in my crawl space. The section of pipe that was leaking was in between two joists connecting to a 90 degree cast iron elbow with a concrete wall under the section to make it even harder to get to. It was a super tight space. Scott and Mike were very honest and told me up front that it would be extremely difficult to get the section out. They told me they might have to go through the kitchen above and cut into the back wall of the sink to access it. Worst case, they would have to cut through the back of the kitchen sink cabinets. That would obviously be expensive because you then have carpentry work to do after the fix. But if the crawl space option didn't work, there was no other way to do the job without cutting through walls and possibly kitchen cabinets. They gave me an estimate for plan A and plan B. The prices were reasonable but I had a lot of anxiety that plan B could get extremely ugly. I had some other estimates and I heard the same thing. Overall, H20 had competitive prices but the main reason I hired them was because of the confidence Scott and Mike showed when they talked about doing the job. They told me if anyone could get it done it was them. They showed a real sense of pride in their work and their abilities. I called back that night and told them I wanted them to do the job. To my surprise, they were able to squeeze me in the next day. The next morning Scott and Mike came in ready to go and I crossed my fingers but was expecting plan B to be a given. Miraculously, they were able to break the bad section away from the 90 degree cast iron elbow! I was super excited that they wouldn't have to cut through from the kitchen above! They then replaced the pipe with brand new PVC and added an access trap so we could more easily clean the line out in the future. I would HIGHLY recommend "H20 Plumbing and Sewer Services"! I will make sure that any future plumbing work comes their way!

Arrived late due to another job, but quickly began the removal and re-connection of all the pipe without making a mess in the house.

Great company to work with. Called them and the next day they came out and worked on a list of things we needed replaced and or repaired in 3 different bathrooms in our office. Right in the beginning they communicated what was the plan and how they would perform the work. The finished on time and did a great job of cleaning up after all work was finished. Would highly recommend them. Top notch in a business where customer service is so important there service was second to none.

Todd, John, and the guys at H20 came to the rescue. They were out there on a Monday morning and dug into my foundation to repair the collapsed pipes. They completed the work in just 1/2 day. They worked with my insurance company to ensure that the work performed was covered. It is clear to me that H20 takes pride in the work that they do and that they are committed to making sure your problems are resolved to your satisfaction. Honestly, I can't imagine better service than this.

Job was more extensive than originally planned but issue was discussed first and agreed to in advance.

Scott and Mike were great, called to let me know they were running a little behind schedule, worked quickly and efficiently.

Mike and Scott came out exactly when I needed them and did a great job trouble shooting the problem. They explain everything they were doing and told me the price up front - no surprises. They solved the issue quickly and was very inexpensive. I will use them for every plumping project in the future.

H20 was extremely responsive to my emails and provided an email quote after i sent them a picture of what needed to be done. They arrived on time, explained why they needed to move one of the valves to make things easier for the future and replaced the valves in about an hour. Workmanship was excellent and they cleaned up when the work was complete. Excellent work.

Mike and Scott did an excellent job and left the area completely neat and clean. Will use them again !

The work performed was fine, however we were charged twice. We were provided a price and the credit card was changed right after the job was completed. A month goes by and the credit card was changed again under a different name. We had to dispute the charge, it was really shady and we won't be using them again.

Scott & Mike were very professional, came and replaced the leaking outdoor faucet and I decided to get the other outdoor faucet done. The price is very reasonable.

H2O plumbing came out for us twice. The first time we had small flood and our sump pump stopped working. They came out right away and figured out the problem quick. Our circuit had blown, novice mistake of ours. They were so nice and didn't charge for the quick fix. I had them come back and rod clean out all our pipes so the water is flowing good. I would recommend them. Very nice guys who are fair and do great work.

It went great. Todd was here within 15 minutes of my original call. He helped me with leaks on two toilets. I had only called regarding one toilet, but since I started trusting Todd so quickly, I asked him to look at the second toilet. He explained everything well, and gave me some pointers to help me plan for remodeling we'll be doing with that bathroom in the future. Excellent customer service skills.

Scott and Mike came over right away and got the job done asap. They also checked another issue we had at my rental property nearby. Great fast service!

Couldn't have been better. Todd, Scott, and Mike were as pleasant to work with as can be and were able to complete the work requested without any issues or concerns. We had other plumbing professionals out to our house to try to determine the source of some excessive noise going through our pipes and none of them had answers. H2o provided solid recommendations and everything is perfect. They were courteous and professional as well. Highly recommended! <br />
