h2oTEKS Ltd., is a family owned and operated business. We understand the needs of the customer and how to meet these needs in a timely professional manner. Our experience in window cleaning and pressure washing started in 1996, and is all we have done. The mission of h2oTEKS Ltd., is to provide excellent service. Rather than offering a vast number of services, we choose to have a few things that we do exceptionally well. Our focus is commercial buildings of 4 stories or less, and residential homes. Our customers have always been greatly pleased.

Jonathan has always provided excellent service - cleaning gutters, washing windows, and disinfecting roof to remove moss. He answers any questions quickly and thoroughly. h2oTEKSLtd. has cleaned and repaired our box gutters for many years now and have been extremely reliable and hard working. The house with its box gutters is 106 years old and this company has never damaged the gutters or downspouts in any way. They are careful and clear away a lot of pine needles, pine cones and leaves. They take photos to show what they have done and send reminders every fall and spring. It is a very efficient and friendly company. The work is done at a reasonable cost.

I was extremely satisfied with H20Teks services. I contacted them late one evening after realizing the gutters were leaking on a home I just purchased. Brad did an excellent job on my house (washing siding), cleaning gutters and washing a deck prior to staining. He was very professional and friendly. Explained everything what he was doing and why he was doing it. Jonathan got in touch with me as soon as I contacted them with a request for a quote. He worked with me on everything and was very accommodating. I'll definitely hire them again in the future.

Jonathan is extremely polite and respectful as is everyone who comes to actually clean the window. He is very efficient in reminding us that it is time to clean the windows and then has the workers come as soon as we need them . They are always on time and work hard and quickly. They also clean our box gutters twice a year and do that well. They never leave a mess - always clean up after the work is performed.
