We had interviewed a number of prospective pond/landscaper company reps, but Sean immediately won us over with his love of, and expertise in, pond building.  He understood quickly and very well our vision for the new pond and backyard, and contributed features of his own (of which we approved) based on his years of experience in this business.  He and his crew arrived exactly when scheduled and worked h****** this good sized project.  He remained in regular contact, flling us in at every step of the way on what was happening, and asking about our preferences as the pond developed.  We truly could not have been happier with the experience and with Sean as our contractor.  He promised that he would give us a pond worth twice what we invested, and he certainly delivered.  I would recommend Sean heartily as he is one of the most devoted and knowledgeable pond builders I have ever met (he also knows Koi very well and is connected to the best Koi dealer in the greater WDC/northern Virginia area). <br />

I contacted Sean and he came to my house on a Sunday afternoon to look at the koi pond. We talked about how he could install the ledges and then he told me what else he could do to just make the whole thing a lot nicer. He called me with a bid a few days later. He started on the day he said he would. He was very efficient. The work place was kept clean and then everything was cleared away cleaned up afterwards. <br /> The pond is inside the yard that is fenced for my dogs and he was conscientious about keeping the gate closed. He had great design ideas and really improved the look of the pond without it costing me any more. The project cost exactly what he said it would. <br /> One part of the back wash piping was misdirected and he came back and fixed that the day after I called him. <br /> Months later the bulb on the UV filter had gone out and he came right out and replaced it. <br /> Sean always answers his phone or returns the call in a few hours. He is the most pleasant person to work with, extremely sincere and decent. <br /> All in all, a great experience.
