Mr. Rohan Khan was by far the most professional and impressive contractor to estimate for this endeavor, and I felt innately confident in his abilities to execute the work required, to an exacting level. He did not disappoint! He and his team were very punctual, professional and tidy at all times with an excellent communication flow. I would, without question, hire MR. Khan and his team again should the need arise.

We had just come home from a 3 day vacation, and my wife and I have a 9 month old son. We had a line from the kitchen burst and it put down a few inches of water in the home. We had water in every room of our 2400 SQF home. We called our insurance company and while I was on the phone with them, my wife called a friend of her who suggested H2O Dryout. I called them right after and the Owner of the company showed up. I love dealing with local businesses because of this, The owner assured us that he would take care of everything and even took care of all the insurance paperwork. They got our home dry in about three days, they made sure we had no mold and are even sending someone back a few times to take air samples to make sure there is no mold. Rohan(owner of H2O Dryout) is a true professional and showed my wife and I that he cared! He was really concerned for the safety of our son and wanted to make sure they did their very best work. I don't know of too many companies that care about their clients in that fashion. <br /> Its a very unsettling thing to come home and see 2 inches of water all over your floors, drywall sucking up water and the smell of stagnent water for a few days didn't help either. I really thought we had a disaster in our hands. All I can say is that H2O Dryout made something bad that happened to us and took ownership of it and made it right for us. <br /> Thats invaluable service!!!! <br />

This is a very professional company. The removal of mold was very clearing explained to us prior to the beginning of work with an upfront estimate. They were an effective advocate for us with our insurance company. They submitted very detailed estimates to our insurance company which resulted in prompt reimbursement for their work. We viewed this as a huge advantage, since none of the estimated work was challenged. This part of their business is awesome. When the demo started they prepped the areas with protection of the surrounding areas with such as plastic barriers and floor protection. After the mold was removed and an independent lab verified the mold was destroyed they began to put our house back together. The drywall group, painters, and clean up crew were very neat and their work was excellent. The office side of their business was helpful because they kept us up to date regarding what and when would be the next step. This entire solution lasted about 4 weeks and all work was thoroughly completed. A final thought. Their carpet and tile cleaning process was the best we ever encountered. If you don't need anything but tile and carpet cleaning this company would be a great choice. And if you need a mold contractor we would highly recommend H2o Dryout. <br />

We needed emergency water removal in the middle of the night.  When we called in the middle of the night a live person answered the phone and helped us get the water stopped while on the phone.  Shortly after hanging up the phone a van arrived and two gentlemen stepped out.  The gentlemen that introduced himself first was the same person I spoke to on the phone; I recognized his voice.  Immediately they started working to save what could be saved and started drying what could be dried.  They set equipment and said they would be back in later that day to check.   <br /> I called my insurance company and was provided a claim number.  The insurance company was happy that I already had someone there to dry the property.  The insurance adjuster came out to inspect the process and the project manager walked the insurance adjuster through and answered any questions.   <br /> After a few days my house was completely dry and all the equipment was removed.  The project manager told me I was to received two checks, one to pay for the emergency services that they completed and one for the repairs to be completed.  The checks arrived and the final repairs were completed by the end of the following week.   <br /> At the end this process the only financial cost I had was my deductible as the insurance company agreed to pay the project manager in full for their services and all the repairs were completed as per the agreed report.     <br /> After hearing all of the horror stories about insurance claims and never having a claim in the past, I was very anxious when everything first happened; but these gentlemen really helped make the process as stress free as possible.      

They did a beautiful job.  They were kind in letting us change the date.  We are very pleased with everything.
