"My wife does the house cleaning part of our business and I do the other jobs. I go with my wife when she cleans houses for the purpose of her safety. The area rugs were vacuumed and when my wife returned she was told that “it was a hard rug to vacuum and you would show how her how to do it”. As far as the toilet brush, we do not think it’s very sanitary to clean one persons waste out of their toilet and then carry the brush to next house to clean their toilet with another person’s waste on it. I do apologize for your frustration with our service."
