H2O Sprinkler Systems

My husband was really pleased and he’s continued to use them for other things. I remember that he was prompt which is hard to find, and he was really informative, and as far as I know he went over everything and the whole thing was really satisfactory. I’m not sure that there was anything that could have been done better. We already used them again.

The experience was alright. There was nothing really good or bad, it was just as expected, I suppose. This was a big deal purchase. The price was average. They didn't really do anything. All they did was take a look around and tell me everything was working as it should except for the small stuff.

<p>This was a big deal purchase and it turned out terrible. It took a couple of different times for them to finally come out. When I first purchase it they had a guy come out. He did not know what he was doing. He did not know how to fix the problem. They rescheduled for another guy to come out. They fired the other guy because he did not know what he was doing. He did not really do anything either. I called back again asking them to come out to take a look at it to get it resolved because I did not really get the service I was expecting so they came back again. This time they fixed the problem, but in the front I think they broke a sprinkler head and they told me they thought I had a leak where it was not leaking before. I had to pay about $70 additional, of course, to fix the broken sprinkler that I believe wasn't broken. It was quite a hassle to get them even to come out and fix the stuff and it cost me additional. They did not do what they said they were going to do the first times they came out. </p>

this is great group of guys. Jared does care and he wants to do a good job. In my case that was not the outcome. I am disappointed with the ongoing leak and stagnant water body where the "water split" was installed as well as the fix they put in as part of warranty Shortly after installing the foundation zone, the sprinkler had 2 broken fountains and 2 other leaks. Jared and team responded aggressively and fixed it. One of those fountain head has broken already ( after less than 2 sprinkler sessions) . there were other minor issues. However, i am one of those customers that understands business happens . the company has been responsive to issues early. However, summer is here and i am not able to use the sprinkler but running the foundation zone with the leaks. This is one of the few occasions where a contractor came in and left leaving the property not better or the same. It hurts for me to say that because he worked with me to lower my cost and wanted to leave me a happy customer. I am still holding out that they will come fix it

This is an update to the review posted last year and same month. Yesterday the pop up sprayer blew up which they installed. The sod blew out of the ground. You can see how the extender blew to shreds from whatever pressure there was underground. This is certainly not professionally installed.

<p>They were prompt but didn't really do much except replace sprinkler heads and charge $25/sprinkler (total $425), ridiculous since these heads are only about $5-6 at lowes & home depot. They never hooked up equip to test the controller/valves, etc. </p> <p>Usually I'd do it myself but had a family emergency come up so was in a rush to leave town. These guys are a rip off as now, my sprinkler wouldn't turn off last night at all (even after unplugging the sprinkler controller). Had to call city of dallas to come turn off the water.</p> <p>I highly recommend <b>AI Sprinklers in DFW </b>whom I've used before (from Angie's list)...I called them after this issue of the sprinkler not turning off and they promptly came out & took care of my issue. Very professional and knowledgeable.</p>

<p>This was a big deal purchase. That was really bad. What happened was I got a receipt from them and since I got it it has faded to the point where I can't read how much I paid. I paid over $100, I know that. I called up and made an appointment   they asked me if they could come early. as it turned out I had to leave and I left my husband here. I really did not tell him anything because I figured they would know what to do. they did not give me any discount on the bill. We had discussed that I got it from Angie's List so I expected to see the deal. I did not expect this bill. The reason we called them is because we had one of the things that was squirting up in the air that was right by the road so I had to get that one replaced. I thought my system was in pretty good shape because I had new sprinkler installed less than a year prior by another company. They said we needed a lot of sprinkler heads because a lot of them were damaged. They said they had to put extra ones in the tiny narrow strip on the other side of our driveway down our neighbor's lawn and overcharged us. We did not need these sprinkler heads. They never gave us the discount. When I called to tell them my bill was really messed up and they did not give me the discount the person I spoke with said someone would call me back and no one ever did. The price was not accurate. they came early but they came when they said they would. </p>

On March 26, I purchased the sprinkler tune up for $59 and scheduled the appointment for April 7 at 7:30 am. A crew of two showed up as scheduled but after approximately 5 to 10 minutes of trying to turn on the sprinkler system, I was told that they will come back at no charge since they were not able to start the job. That same day the I read the sprinkler controller manual and pressed reset and it was back working as normal. The next appointment was rescheduled for May 10 at 7 am, and a crew of two showed up and again he had trouble turning the sprinkler system on with the controller. I assured him that the sprinkler had been running as normal since his first visit. They used a tool to test each system, fixed a broken sprinkler head and then I was charged $84. On top of that, several things were not completed including the setting of the controller for proper watering time, and the cleaning and adjusting of some clogged nozzles. I contacted customer service at Angie's List for a refund and they have dropped the ball and I'm really disappointed with both companies service.

<p>This was a big deal purchase. It was a waste of money; I'd never to that again. Two guys basically rolled out of a truck and then walked around with a bunch of flags. They turned on the sprinkler system and basically said all of my heads probably needed to be replaced. They said they could do it for about $1,000. There was no quote, no nothing. They adjusted a couple of heads which I could have done myself but it was a joke. This company had great reviews on Angie's List. They ran the systems and did a quote for basically a whole new reinstall for $1,000 and walked away. It was a joke. It was, like, two kids in a truck. They did not get wet. They were there quick; they wanted their money. They were polite but they did not give me any answers. </p>

None of the items in the original contract were fulfilled/met. From the number of plants, the leveling the yard, and the amount of dirt. We had talked extensively on what needed to happen and it was placed in the bid. The grass can't grow on the old clay that was to up removed and replaced with topsoil. They brought out diseased grass. They promised someone would come out and treat both properties. Now 3 weeks later, no one has come to treat either property. I was recommended a fence contractor from this company. They are equally as disappointing. They tore the fence down a month ago and they new one is still not up.
