In 2018 we had a water problem on our patio. We called H2O and Eric came out diagnosed the problem which they fixed promptly and to our satisfaction. Earlier this year the problem came back and based on our prior experience we called H20 again. They sent a young man out who convinced us that the problem we had required a completely different solution than what had previously been done. We agreed to let them do the new solution for around $2500. Not only did it not solve the problem it made it worse. We called them and Eric came back and said all that needed to be done was to flush out what was done in 2018 and that was done along with undoing the new solution. It solved the original problem but created a new problem. I called them back time after time but couldn’t get them to call back. Finally after what seems like weeks Joe called back and apologized and made an appointment to come see what was wrong. He never came or called. I made another appointment same thing never came or called. Several weeks have gone by and no calls. Apparently they’ve blocked my number. After paying $2500 I’m going to have to call someone else to finish their job. I’m 83 years old and I just can’t vacuum up the water on my patio every time it rains. Their refusal to even return my calls is so disappointing. They’ve gone from someone I’d recommend to someone I wouldn’t.

H20 Waterproofing does a fantastic job! I love all the people that I’ve dealt with. I own many rental properties and this is the only waterproofing company that I will ever use. They are professional and truly try to help the customer. Six weeks after they finish my crawlspace there was a major flood. They sent Amari back out and he helped me get everything cleaned up and they honored all the work that they did. This is a top-notch company!

The crew, were some of the hardest working young men. They were polite, respectful of our property, and professional. The crew leader was knowledgeable and consulted with us as needed, which we appreciated very much. A company is only as good as the people they hire. Very professional, friendly and timely estimate, good communication. Some misunderstanding on my part was cleared up when the job started and Joe was very concerned that I was satisfied with work. The crew members that did the actual work were knowledgeable, polite and efficient. Even before the work was done I had a dry basement garage after a hard rain. Well worth the money.

Eric and his team did a great job installing an incredible waterproofing system in an investment property I bought. The house was originally built in 1978 and had cinder blocks where moisture had been slowly accumulating for years. They came and installed their waterproofing system and a pump to pump out any ensuing water from rains and the system works amazingly. No more moisture and no more musty odors. They were very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Their estimate was one of the best as well.
