HAAT Maintenance

We had Tony and his crew of two men build and replace our entire deck for two homes. Not even 7 months later wood was bending and places were separating around our entire deck. We also had him replace all wood along our exterior of our sunroom, and caulk/paint this as well. The paint was all bubbling up and the wood in completely coming away from the house. This job was so poorly done I would NEVER recommend this company! We have a 5 year Warrenty with our deck as well! So immediately since May we have been sending messages both via phone and email with a response of him just saying “he’ll get someone out to us ASAP to fix.” Well these Messages have been ongoing back-and-forth since May 2019. We sent multiple messages and states the same thing each time. No one ever came to look nor complete per the contract we have! He also did work for our neighbor and they haven’t got a response once! DO NOT GO THROUGH THESE PEOPLE! I’m shocked he get business period!

After the deck was built a few months later the wood he used is bending making the railing dangerous. Some five emails or more he would reply saying he would get back to me soon. The last two emails there’s been no reply. Still waiting

All the work in both homes was high quality at a fair price. When we purchased our dream retirement home we called Anthony and his team to make all the repairs and do all the remodeling that we wanted. It went great. They were on time very professional. Cleaned up after themselves and the fence looked good.

Within a WEEK, I had a beautiful new fence and gate. It was a VERY busy time for them, and STILL they were able to fit my emergency into their schedule. I really enjoyed meeting Tony and his wife, as well. A++++++++ Oh, and while they were working on my fence, the rain was POURING. Tony and his crew noticed my gutters were clogged, and took care of that for me too!

Tony and his crew were very professional. They did a super job. They cleaned up the entire work area very nicely when they were finished. The deck and boardwalk are both structurally sound and beautiful.

Tony and Rick were wonderful to work with. They went over and above what other plumbers were willing to do and the cost was very reasonable. I am VERY happy with the results.
