I hired this company for my first project of installing sod. His team did an amazing job and I was quite satisfied. So I contacted him regarding removing a dead palm stump and a small landscape job. The owner likes to provide verbal quotes and when I questioned the number of plants he agreed on he put the blame on me that I changed the job. He was to remove the dead plants which were eight of them. Instead I dug up and removed the dead plants and asked him to substitute planting a 4 foot palm and a foot banana tree. He wanted to charge me an additional price for the extra work but not deduct anything for what I did. He always wants to deal in cash which I had to give a 50% down payment. The remaining balance I paid with a check. Once the check cleared my bank, I texted him twice and emailed him to send me a paid in full invoice bill. I have had no response from him. Be careful in dealing with him and get everything in writing.

He is excellent; he really knows what he is doing. He did exactly what I wanted, and he cleaned up after the tree trimming. I am very please and I will use him again

Colleagues Antony and Carlos came by this morning right on time started their work. Went out to meet them. Very polite.. hard workers ! What a beautiful job they both did ! I'm very pleased . Branden texted me back right away and showed up the very next day exactly as promised. From the start, he demonstrated real knowledge and professionalism. As we walked through the project, he not only understood what I needed but also offered thoughtful ideas to enhance my garden that I hadn’t even considered. His crew arrived on schedule, and every single person was professional, kind, and courteous. You could genuinely see the pride they take in their work - they went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. Branden and his team are truly exceptional local landscapers. I was so impressed that I’ve already hired them again for another project. Highly recommend!

I hired Hackford to remove two massive trees, stamp grind, and hallway all debris. I also had them remove dead shrubs, trimmed the front shrubs, and raise the canopy of a tree. The crew took a day and a half and were courteous and efficient. I was very pleased with how good the yard looked. I'd hire Brandon for future jobs and I highly recommend them.

I clearly stated I wanted a contractor who would give me a product I wouldn?t have to tend to. He laid rock and mulch WITHOUT putting a commercial plastic down for weed prevention. He said he would have to charge me $1,000 more. He charged me $8,000.00 to start the job (cash $4,000 down and the rest upon completion. He never came back to put in a drain screen he was throwing in. My job was not very big at all. I will say his guys were sweet. I am 71 disabled female Air Force Vet and my 19 year old granddaughter lives with me. He has stood me up to do a few things for over 2 1/2 weeks. I am constantly weeding and spraying which if he did the job correctly it would have not had happened 2 days after completion. I had another company come by today and took my stump out $200.00. Whereas Hackford wanted to charge me $450 only to level the stump. Hackford had taken advantage of my situation. He also quoted me a smaller area for around $3500.00. Buyer beware -

Service went great. They showed up on time with all the proper equipment. Removed the 3 ugly trees, replaced the 2 beautiful trees. They cleaned up everything, and made the house look brand new. Total time was less than 4 hours. My wife and I are thrilled

The garden beds and lighting look amazing. The new sod will be good once the old grass catches up to the new grass. The edging of the garden beds makes them stand out against the lawn and the overall curb appeal is improved a millionfold.
