He stole my money!! He’s a complete scam artist. He knew where I was located and agreed to terms of working the weekends. He stopped showing up and made multiple claims of coming then not show. It’s July and everything still looks as it did in the beginning of May. None of the projects are complete. I’ve had no bathroom floor since he ripped it up and replaced some of it. I have an unfinished fence and that’s all that has been done in 10 weeks. He is breaking the “contract” he made. Don’t forget that there is no timeline established on it so it could remain as it is upon his willingness to complete anything.
