I called Hagee this morning at 815 am and at 2.30 the same afternoon the sink is working, the clog gone, and the kitchen is all cleaned up. Caleb did an amazing job fixing everything up, plus he cleaned up the space and corrected my husband's slight plumbing error. Caleb let me know he was on his way, and then left me with his business card should we need anything else. <p>He highly recommended the hydro clean, and I am planning to schedule that sooner rather than later. Everyone I spoke with at Hagee was fabulous. Thank you Caleb and Hagee team.</p> <br />

This provider was contracted by American Home Shield to do warranty work; but it wasn't covered by warranty. Not their fault. So we just had them do the work anyway. It was a leaky outside faucet, that was leaking into the wall, and had a busted pipe. The plumber that did this job, did not do very good. We found out that the problem was NEVER fixed, the issue was they used very sharp turn shark bite instead of using the correct pex tubing and making sure the shark bite was securely fastened and wasn't leaking. It took almost 2 months to get this resolved. The "owner" Andrew was supposed to call us multiple times to get the issue resolved, but he kept ignoring my phone calls. Finally the front desk person that takes the calls processed our refund and apologized profusely for their owners lack of professionalism. I would never ever tell anyone ever to use this company. I we didn't catch this problem earlier we could've had mold problems, foundation issues, etc. My advice to you the "owner" is if you don't want to deal with the issues that arise you shouldn't be the owner. Owning a business isn't easy, if it was everyone would do it.

<p>It cost me very little because it was under a home warranty. There was a conduit that carries the wire down from the wall to the water heater and this water heater is shorter than the old one so the wire is too long for the conduit. Rather than replace the conduit they just left it hanging there with a gap at each end. I have insulated wire going through but there is not conduit to protect it. They did not take care of the conduit problem. </p>

i didn't hire directly. they came via a home insurance company referral to look at a problem. <br /> they were solid. liked the guy who came out. he tried his best to get our water heater replaced by the water heater company, but ultimately they would only pay for a replacement, at which point i cut my losses and hired someone else - b/c the water heater was 19 years old and it would have been a temporary fix. <br />

From calling in to schedule a tine, to the plumber who came to my house...I couldn't have been more pleased. Not only were they knowledgeable, which was impressive in itself having had a terrible experience with one of the larger more well known guys, they were courteous and accommodating....right down to wearing shoe covers before he stepped foot through the front door. <br />

Great Service!!! I had a clog in my main sewer line. Called around 7am and was able to schedule an estimate same day. Got a call back from Andrew and was able to have them come in sooner, which was awesome! Plumbers David & Chris was courteous, friendly and professional. They were able to fix my issue swiftly and jet the roots out as well. I love the fact that they made sure that everything was working correctly before leaving, to ensure the issue has been resolved. They even ran a camera down my sewer line to insure me all the roots were gone, got a video as well. I had the same issue previously and called another company. I had to call them twice because they did not resolve the issue on both times out here. Hagee Plumbing fixed it. <br />

Great experience! We had an issue with a shower leak. I emailed Hagee Plumbing and Chris responded back in a timely manner and got me scheduled. On the day of repair, Travis came out and he was quick and efficient! His work was top notch and he explained everything to me, even a plan B scenario in case plan A did not work. Fortunately plan A worked and he was able to get the job done and even clean up nicely afterwards. I would highly recommend Hagee Plumbing and Travis!

Hagee Plumbing technician Caleb arrived on time, super friendly, and went straight to work. He was able to repair my garbage disposal and save me a couple hundred dollars in the process. I highly recommend Caleb and will definitely ask for him directly if I ever need any plumbing work done.
