The power wash went ok. The stain that was applied was not supposed to have been applied to floor services it flaked off almost immediately. They never showed up to paint the house even though we had written contract. We were assured tthey would be there, but they were working on other, larger jobs. They never did show or reply to repeated phone calls. <br />

We were watching him stain the deck because we were home. He did not taping of any kind which he said he would. He was spraying the paint which was going everywhere in the air, when we asked him what he was doing he said this is the quickest way to do it. He told us that it should be fine but if we ran into any issues he would come out and fix it, I called him because the stain is coming off the deck already and he has not responded.

"This was the most difficult lady i've come across in 13 years. She had about 7 layers of stain that she put on each year. The deck had a 1/4 inch build-up of stain, and I told her this before I started that the stain was not going to penetrate like usual because of her overstaining. I held up tarps and backbrushed like I always do, and there was no pleasing her. I told her I would come back if the stain didn't "bead up" like it was supposed to. This was back in July, so obviously it did bead up because she didn't call me until late october. I have stained over 75 decks this year, and 2 people have been unhappy. I can live with those numbers. Some people you just cannot please. My reviews speak for themselves."

Josh was very thorough and accommodating in giving us an estimate on the job. The technician who did the work was great. He worked all day and was very thorough in all of the work, asking for our input as needed. Our house looks wonderful and we would definitely use Hain again in the future. <br /> <br /> <br />

Josh was friendly when he arrived at my home. After inspecting the project, he gave me a professional, detailed estimate that itemized the power washing and the staining. I was very satisfied with the power washing job. In fact, without my asking them to do so, they power washed a small concrete surface outside of my slider to the walkout basement so the final project would look better. That's great! <br /> As for the staining, they came out when they said they would and used a quality staining product - TWP or Total Wood Preservative. Some of the application was done with a low pressure sprayer and some with a brush. The final application looked very good. The stain was applied evenly and the wood grain showed through very nicely. All in all, it was a professional job and we will use their services again in the future. <br />

<p>Completely unimpressed with the job. A job that I can do by hand with two gallons or less of stain needed three gallons because most of it was sprayed into the air. The decking, the most important part because the deck is on the west side of the house and gets lots of sun, is bare in spots. I have always put two coats on that (and never needed three gallons) and figured anyone who was supposedly a professional would recognize the need for that and quote accordingly. The person who powerwashed the deck took it down to bare wood in spots, making it impossible for the stain to appear to be applied evenly. This job was done by folks interested in making a quick buck, not doing a quality job.</p> <br />

"This was the email I sent her after she expressed her concerns with the deck. She wrote the review before she had a chance to read my response or communicate with me at all. Also, the product used was bought by the homeowner. Something I rarely do because of situations just like this. I'm not comfortable putting substandard products on decks. I've been spraying decks for 10 years, and I always spray then backbrush stain in for a uniform finish. I've been in business 13 years, because quality is my number 1 concern. Not making a quick buck. I offered to come back at no charge.(Below is the email) [member name removed], there is no need to buy more stain. Every inch of that deck got stain on it. Alot did not penetrate because of the old stain from before. That is why it's probably still tacky on the spindles. I went over and over areas that looked dry on the spindles with a brush. I don't want you to pay until your happy. I am willing to come back and do whatever you would like me to do. There is a half gallon remaining, try and put some on and you will see what I am talking about. The previous stain was thicker and more of a solid, which does not allow for a completely uniform look. My main concern is your happiness, let me know what I can do. Thanks, Josh"

We hired Hain Property Services to power-wash and stain/water-seal our large deck. When initially contacting them for an estimate, they were very prompt with scheduling and providing the estimate. The estimate was detailed and the final cost did not exceed their projection. We have a relatively large deck with a lot of details, and they were very thorough and careful throughout the process and made sure no spots were missed. All of the work crews were very professional and unobtrusive, and after each visit they were thorough with their clean-up. Hain Property Services provided a lot of useful advice for maintaining the life of our deck, and we will definitely rely on their services again in the future. We are very satisfied with their services and certainly feel we got our money's worth. <br />

I made the call to request an estimate and notified that I had a fairly tight time window for the work prior to an event at our house. The owner was out and provided an analysis and written estimate within 24 hours. We kicked off the work based on the estimate. The company made it work to accommodate our tight timing and came out as committed to complete the job. The quality of their work was good. I am satisfied with the cost, timing, responsiveness and professionalism. I will use them again and recommend them to others who may have similar needs. <br />

Josh is very sincere about the job. His guy Rich did the work. He was very good and spent 7 hours doing it right. I had him go around before he finished last 10% and bump a couple spots of siding back in and no issues. Even several neighbors told me before the job was finished that Rich was at it all day. Tipped the guy at end of job so impressed. <br /> <br />Very positive on site experience would recommend. Just know if Josh is working sometimes you don't hear back from him for a couple days (when I was trying to schedule). And he usually sounds like he just woke up, LOL. Other than that, still would use again. <br />

It was very good. It was done well. They were on time and they followed up with the appointments and scheduling. I would say it was a little expensive on the front walkway portion, but it was good.

I found Hain Property Services on Angie's list. I contacted Josh through e-mail and he answered me quickly and gave me a quote. I have owned my house for 19 years and have never had the siding professionally power washed. I had green mold and black marks all over the vinyl siding on the house and the shed as well as the cement stairs and back patio. Also, my gutters were blocked and also were black with mold. <br /> The work that Josh and his assistant did is absolutely wonderful and beautiful!!! My house looks like it is new! Both Josh and his assistant were professional, kind, and really cared about doing a great job! My neighbor across the street already told me how beautiful my house looks! I have already talked to Josh about providing future services for my home. I would recommend Hain Property Services to everyone!

Josh came out to give me an estimate for my deck as well as my son's deck. He was very friendly and professional. I had some questions about the stain/sealant. His responses reflected his expertise. He sent Rich out within a week as promised to clean both decks (mine and my son's). Rich was friendly and did an excellent job getting both decks cleaned and ready for staining. He cleaned my deck box without being asked, which I appreciated. The cleaning was done on a Tuesday. Josh indicated the staining would probably be scheduled for the following Monday. To my surprise, he was able to return (with Rich) on Thursday afternoon to complete my staining. He and Rich returned on Friday to stain my son's deck. My husband and I are very pleased with the professional results. My son and daughter-in-law both confirmed that they are very happy with their deck as well. Josh called ahead each time he planned to come out as I had requested. They were careful not to disturb any of the plants that surround my deck, covering them during the staining. I am delighted with their work. In fact, I asked for a quote to power wash my house, and plan to have them return in a couple of weeks. I highly recommend them.

Appointment for estimate done promptly and on-time by Josh. Estimate was given at the end of the appointment. It took a long time, almost a month, for them to give me a date to do the work. They were very busy, I was told. One day was allotted to do the work. An employee(Rich) came with Josh, introduced Rich to me and said he'd (Josh) be back later to do the "high peaks" of the house. Rich was a thorough worker. He got rid of the moss and layers of dirt on the siding and deck. He got done with half the job in 6 hours and said he'd come back the following Monday to finish. Josh didn't come to finish the high peaks. Rich worked 6 hours on Monday. My house is large, and I could see why it took so long. But Josh should have known this when he scheduled the job. Also, Rich told me he'd be starting work at 9:30 AM Monday. He didn't come until after 11:00AM. I called Josh at 10:10 AM to find out what had happened to Rich and was told he'd had a "hiccup" in his schedule that morning. <br /> Other than these minor frustrations, I am pleased with the results and would hire them again, now that I know about the "hiccups". Josh and Rich are hard workers and pleasant to deal with. <br />

Rich came to my house and did a thorough job of cleaning my house, deck, and walkway. I was stunned at how well the deck cleaned up and it looked brand new! I had mold on the north side of my home and it is now gone! Rich was a diligent, hard worker and stayed until the job was finished. He was here for 6 1/2 hours, making sure that everything looked great. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to pressure wash their home. <br />

The temperature was just above freezing and it was difficult to find anyone who would take this on at the last minute but Hain Property Service not only took it on but did an amazing job under very challenging conditions. They also went above and beyond by replacing some siding that had come off previously. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them in the future.

Josh gave us a timely estimate of the work we wanted done. He was able to perform both the powerwashing and the staining of our backyard deck even earlier than dates expected. Josh was personable and it is obvious that he posseses very professional work ethic. (Explained products and procedures well). We are very pleased with how nice our home exterior and roof look after the powerwashing and our back yard deck looks exceptionally nice after the stain application. Josh did a great job! We needed the work done quickly and he came out on a Saturday to give us a quote. His quote was thorough and explained the services well. He was quick to respond to my e-mails. He said he could get us scheduled within a few days. The house looks great and the deck looks amazing. Josh showed up when scheduled and was professional and curtious when on site. I'm pleased with the work Josh did for me. Last year, I spent DAYS with my puny pressure washer and the result was not what Josh did today in a couple of hours. He moved items from the deck and replaced what could be done without tracking onto the clean deck. He checked with me a few times to see if I was pleased with the progress and to ask if there was anything else he could do. My backyard is wooded and the deck was a filthy brown from all the debris. It's once again a beautiful gray. I definitely will contract with Josh again. <br />

Outstanding service and outcome. House looks almost brand new. Siding and eaves extremely clean. Deck cleaned and stained, looks wonderful. Josh did as he said he would do...when he said he would do it. Estimate was right in line with final invoice. Kept me updated with numerous voicemails. Very customer focused.
