"Yes we was hired to do a addition on house. Customer said we didn't start to sometime latter that's not true I had concrete guys start soon after contract was signed. Ms [Member Name Removed] did have to wait a few weeks before the framing and continues of building addition. I had several projects that got behind other then Ms [Member Name Removed]'s. I tried to move project to later starting date a couple times and still wasn't able to get finished with other jobs that was started and had several things added. I tried to keep everyone happy and also try and work on each project as much as possible. I did get to her home later then usually but I worked half day on one and rest on hers. Ms [Member Name Removed] had already designed cabinet before she even new anything about what needed to be done to do addition. The cabinets would not work as planned I had several conversations with cabinet man to figure this out. I had become short handed during this time and was limited to what I could do. We got all the framing done and the plywood done and houses wrapped. I started on putting the rafters up and trying to get everything in place to see if all would work. Some of the joist wasn't cut perfect but also were just temporary if you would like to say. Ms [Member Name Removed] called later on the last day we worked there and wanted to know why we didn't work to dark and I responded that I had done all I could with help I had. Ms [Member Name Removed] didn't proved plans witch was fine but everything I done was off memory and experence. The rafter wasn't completed but had all in place just needed to recut a couple to make cuts fit alittle better but wasn't nothing major. Ms [Member Name Removed] called and told me not to come back to finish project so to this. I explained that they were temporary and I could fix no problem. She denied me to fix what rafters she didn't like. She now wants a refund for deposit and in are contract we ask for a written notice staying why and how to percide with terminating the project. She never was in compliance and now ask for a refund. All materials purchased and cost of getting footing poured and block installed along with the amount of work that was done is well over the deposit. Ms [Member Name Removed] hired a unlicensed company with no name as well. The materials I purchased was used by these other people I feel she has gotten all labor and time I've invested free and don't plan on giving her nothing but receipts for cost of project but still hasn't been in complacency with contract and I'm sorry it's turned out like this. Thank you James Hosmer"

"It was our pleasure [member name removed]. We believe in investing in the future. Sure we may not have got the first job, but we believe if we prove to our Customers that we are in the business of making HomeOwner's happy, even with NO financial gain, that in the future you will remember our efforts and know that we do strive to do the right thing, and strive to prove ourselves and hopefully mend the Public's negative view of Contractor's, that so many Contractors before us have ruined by not doing the right thing. Thank you for taking time to review our Company. It means more than you know. It's moments like this that make all the late nights, long hours and stressful weeks worth every second. We decided when we started this company we would use it so that others could see our good deeds and glorify our Father in Heaven. Thank you. Sincerely, Kristy"
"Thank you for being so nice to James and Crew while they worked at your home. From the chocolate cake you made us to taking them to lunch....all was appreciated. Also thank you for letting us also perform the screened in porch Contract (no. 2). We appreciate you and [members name]."

"It was nice to work with a Client that communicated well on his ideas, the plan, and materials. Mr. Hancock has a lovely home and we were honored to be working for him. Thank you."
"It's really a shock to are company that you waited over 1 year later to write a review and give poor score and order to make us look as if we didn't build a perfect fence with top quality materials. The honest truth is that you told the person renting the house from you and that was the one paying me to build the fence that you wanted him to have the fence screwed together. The renter/person paying me to build fence decide not to ever mention this to me so it got built as usual with galvinized ringshank nails. After fence was done and person responseable for bill was complete satisfied and I was paid we moved on to next project. Sometime after that you seen where it wasn't done how you n your renter discussed so you called me upset,I came out meet with u and the renter/person paying for fence project and discussed the issue with it being nailed not screwed and the renter told you then he never told me to do it with screws because he knew it would cost more and that he wasnt going to be living there long n didn't see any reason to screw boards or pay extra. So that cleared up the issue with why we didn't screw boards. So then u were concerned about some of the nail tips sticking out so we went around and fixed that problem. So for you (members name removed) to give us poor scores and a bad review is totally wrong n are opinion."
"Thank you for your continued business. Its a pleasure to work for your family."
